The male shaft and the female shaft are slidable relative to each other in the axial direction, and the protruding teeth and tooth grooves are meshed in such a way that rotational torque can be transferred between the male shaft and the female shaft. At least one of the male shaft and the female shaft is configured so that the radial rigidity of the section located in the axial range of the area where the protruding teeth and the tooth grooves mesh is less than the radial rigidity of other sections.
