    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent an inner plug from being detached from a lid body by stably holding the inner plug in the lid body through the engagement of a projection for locking the inner plug provided on an inner surface of a skirt part of the lid body with a thin-walled peripheral edge part of the inner plug in a stage before capping. SOLUTION: A container lid comprises a lid body 1 and an inner plug 2 formed of a synthetic resin, and is provided with an over-cap 3 as necessary. In the lid body 1, a thread 10 to be screwed with a thread 51 formed on an outer surface of a container mouth part 50 is formed on an inner surface of a skirt part 6 suspended from a top plate part 5, and a projection 11 for locking an inner plug is formed above the thread 10. A projection 8 for adjusting the shape to direct a thin-walled peripheral edge part 40 of the inner plug 2 downward when the lid body 1 is screwed to the container mouth part 50, is formed on an inner surface of a horizontal flange part 7 formed on the top plate part 5, an annular projection 9 for holding the inner plug is formed inside the projection 8, and the inner plug 2 is held by the projections 8, 9.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a seal-breaking prior to an unsealing, and effectively prevent a liquid splashing from occurring at the time of unsealing by forming a score for seal breaking on the bottom portion for an internal plug equipped with a gripping member for unsealing, which is combined with the side wall portion or the bottom surface portion. SOLUTION: In a cap having an internal plug for a bottled product, the internal plug is equipped with a flange portion 1 which is engaged with the top surface of a container mouth portion, a side wall portion 2 which is engaged with the inner peripheral surface of the container mouth portion, and a closed bottom surface portion 3, and a gripping member 4 is fixed to the bottom surface portion 3 with a column 5. In this case, a seal breaking operation is performed as a pre-operation which is separate from an unsealing operation, and for this purpose, a protuberance 7 for seal breaking is formed at the approx. center of the bottom surface portion 3. Then, a score 6 for seal breaking is formed on one side of the attached base of the protuberance 7. When the internal plug is removed, the protuberance 7 is tilted to the column 5 side, and the score 6 is broken, and then, the gripping member 4 is gripped with fingers, and pulled to the opposite side from the column 5 and upward, and thus, the unsealing is performed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid splashing from occurring at the time of unsealing by providing a relatively thicker portion and a relatively thinner portion which are peripherally distributed, on the side wall portion of an internal plug which is engaged with the inner peripheral surface of a container mouth portion, arranging the thinner portion to a side which is adjacent to the combined portion of the side wall portion, or the like, and arranging the thicker portion to the opposite side. SOLUTION: In a cap having an internal plug for a bottled product, the internal plug is equipped with a flange portion 1 which is engaged with the top surface of a container mouth portion, a side wall portion 2 which is engaged with the inner peripheral surface of the container mouth portion, and a closed bottom surface portion 3, and a gripping member 4 is fixed to the bottom surface portion 3 with a column 5. Then, on the side wall portion 2, a relatively thicker portion 6, and a relatively thinner portion 7 which are peripherally distributed, are provided, and the thinner portion 7 is arranged to the side wall portion A side which is closest to the column 5, and the thicker portion 6 is arranged on the opposite side from the side wall portion A. By this constitution, when the gripping member 4 is pulled up at the time of unsealing of the internal plug, the side wall portion A moves to the diametrical center side, and a gap is formed between the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the container mouth portion, and the generation of a liquid splashing is suppressed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap which facilitates opening/closing of the upper lid regardless of the form of fitting of a cap body on a container mouth, prevents suction of cooling water into a spout cylinder resulting from filling hot contents liquid, and facilitates smooth discharge or drying out of the cooling water in the case of suction of the cooling water out of the spout cylinder. SOLUTION: The cap body includes an outer wall and the spout cylinder, the outer wall having a locking projection on its exterior and an arcuate surface on its interior. The upper lid includes a side wall, a seal cylinder, and an inner ring. A locked projecting line is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the side wall, and an annular tongue piece having a sloped surface is formed at the lower end of the seal cylinder. Two notches made by cutting out the locking projecting line are formed to be symmetrical in position with respect to a line L1 connecting the center of a hinge to an upper lid flange opposite to the center. When the upper lid is closed, the arcuate surface comes in pressure contact with the sloped surface to cause the seal cylinder to shift inward to ease the engagement between the locking projecting stripe and the locked projecting line and release the notches the engagement.
