摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the starting time of a brushless motor regardless of the stop position of a magnet rotor. SOLUTION: The brushless motor includes a stator, which has plural phases of coils, and a magnet rotor. A drive unit for the brushless motor rotates the magnet rotor by switching current application to each phase of coils, and detects the position of the magnet rotor, based on an induced voltage generated in each phase of coil, and performs inductive drive for controlling the current application to each phase of coil, based on the detected position. The drive unit performs duty control in application to each phase of coil and performs at least two times of current application to each phase of coil so as to set a magnet rotor in a specified initial position before performing inductive drive, and shortens the first current application time than the second current application time between the two current application.
