    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a porous film, for efficiently producing the porous film having fine pores in a range of 5 to 100 μm. SOLUTION: The method for producing the porous film 10 includes: a process for coating a support 12 with a coating liquid 35 by a coating die 51 to form a coating film 35a; the first humidification treatment process for leaving the coating film 35a in the first zone 61 in an atmosphere having the first dew point Td1 higher than the surface temperature Ts of the coating film 35a, shortening the first humidification treatment time to sparely form primary fine water drops 60a by dew condensation; the second humidification treatment process for leaving the coating film 35a in an atmosphere having the second dew point Td2 which is higher than the first dew point Td1 to quickly grow the primary fine water drops 60a into secondary fine water drop 60b; and a drying process for drying the coating film 35a to form a plurality of pores with the secondary fine water drops 60b as templates, thus forming the porous film 10.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a porous film in which holes formed in the surface have a desired size and a desired forming density. SOLUTION: A solution 21 is stored in a liquid tank 50. A polymer film 45 is immersed in the solution 21 in the liquid tank 50. Wet air 400 is blown to a liquid surface 64 of the solution 21 in the liquid tank 50. Water droplets 406 are formed on a liquid surface 64 of the solution 21 by contact of the liquid surface with a wet air 400. The droplets 406 on the liquid surface 64 are made grown to be objective size by contact of the liquid surface with the wet air 400. When the polymer film 45 is drawn out of the solution 21 via the liquid surface on which the droplets 406 are present that are grown to a target size, a film 22 is formed on the surface 45a of the polymer film 45 and then water droplets 406 on the liquid surface 64 are gathered on the surface 22a of the film 22. The film 22 is blown by dried air, the solvent and the water droplets are evaporated, so that a porous film using water droplets as a mold is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
