    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor capable of reducing noise by suppressing vibration during operation of the reactor, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A reactor 1 comprises an assembly 10 of a coil 2 and a magnetic core 3 including an inside core part where the coil is disposed and an outside core part 32 where the coil is not disposed. The reactor also comprises a fixing member 4 which fixes the assembly to an installation object, in the case where an installation object side of the assembly is defined as an installation side and the opposite side thereof is defined as a counter side when the assembly is installed in the installation object, by pressing a surface of the outside core part at the counter side to the installation side; an elastic member 6 for pressing a surface of the outside core part at the installation side to the counter side; and an outside resin part 7 for integrating the assembly, the fixing member and the elastic member. In the reactor, the surface of the outside core part at the counter side and the fixing member are brought into tight contact.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal crimping device which can carry out crimping of an outer conductor and a sheath of a coaxial cable to the crimping part of an outer conductor terminal, and crimping of an inner conductor of the coaxial cable to a capacitor lead of the outer conductor terminal at the same time.
      SOLUTION: This terminal crimping device 1 crimps the crimping parts 5b, 5c of an outer conductor terminal 5a of capacitor built-in type to an outer conductor 3a and a sheath 3b of a coaxial cable 3 and crimps a capacitor lead 5d of the outer conductor terminal 5a to an inner conductor 3c of the coaxial cable 3 through a common crimping terminal 7a. The device is provided with a foundation 11 and a ram 15 capable of moving up and down to the foundation 11, an anvil 17 for crimping outer conductor terminal and an anvil 19 for crimping common crimping terminal arranged at the foundation 11, and a crimper 21 for outer conductor terminal crimping and a crimper 23 for common crimping terminal crimping which are arranged so as to be opposed respectively to the outer conductor terminal crimping anvil 17 and the common crimping terminal crimping anvil 19.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor capable of efficiently filling sealing resin at excellent productivity.SOLUTION: A reactor 1A comprises a coil 2; a magnetic core 3 on which the coil 2 is arranged; and a cylindrical case 4A with a bottom for housing an assembly 10 of the coil 2 and the magnetic core 3. A resin introduction path 4r for filling sealing resin 100 coating an outer periphery of the assembly 10 from a bottom side of the case 4A toward an opening side of the case 4A is provided on a side wall 41 of the case 4A. The sealing resin passing through the resin introduction path 4r is compulsorily introduced to the bottom of the case 4A, and filled from the bottom toward the opening while releasing gas in the case 4A. Therefore, in the reactor 1A, (1) the sealing resin can be continuously supplied regardless of viscosity and a filling time can be shortened, (2) entrainment of air bubbles can be reduced to omit a deaeration process, and (3) there is no need for separately removing an introducing cylinder, and so productivity is excellent.
