摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium which shows the outstanding transferability of a transfer foil such as hologram and superb design visibility without generating emboss cracks. SOLUTION: This information recording medium 1 has the transfer foil 16 transferred to the surface and a resin forming layer 15 wherein a transparent or translucent inorganic pigment is dispersed on the surface of the medium in contact with the transfer foil 16. The transfer foil 16 may be used as a hologram transfer foil 18. In addition, the inorganic pigment is composed of one kind or a mixture of two or more kinds of pigments selected from among barium sulfate, calcium carbonate, silica and titanium oxide. SOLUTION: The magnetism concealing card 1 comprises a white core layer 11 of a single layer as the central layer substrate, wherein a transparent oversheet (OS) 12 whose thickness is 70-88% of the thickness of the white core layer overlies the surface to be the front side of the card of the white core layer, a transparent OS 13 whose thickness is 12-20% of the thickness of the white core layer overlies the other surface of the white core layer, and a magnetic recording layer 5 is transferred to at least the outer surface of the front side OS. On the surface of the front side OS and the magnetic recording layer 5, a fine uneven shape having an arithmetic mean roughness Ra regulated by JIS B0601-3.1 of 0.80-1.50 μm is formed. On a surface consisting of the fine uneven shape, concealment printing 7 concealing the magnetic recording layer and a pattern printing 8 are formed in turn, and an overprint 9 by silk-screen printing is formed on the whole outermost surface. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the noncontact IC card, a moisture curing type hot melting adhesive is applied onto an obverse base material sheet 11 and a reverse base material sheet 13, an antenna sheet 12 is inserted thereafter and temporarily fixed to form a sheet laminate 15, then the sheet laminate 15 is passed through between hot rollers to be degassed, and the sheet laminate 15 is smoothedly pressed to uniformize a thickness. The noncontact IC card 1 is inserted with the antenna sheet 12 to expose its end face in four peripheries of the card, and is constituted to make overall thickness between an upper face of an IC chip 3 and an outer surface of the obverse base material sheet 11 equal to overall thickness between an under face of the IC chip and an outer surface of the reverse base material sheet 13.
