An inner pipe 100 is connected to the fuel port circumferential wall 39c of a second damper 38, and a fuel port 106 having a larger L-D ratio which is a ratio of a port length and a port diameter compared with that of the fuel port 37 of the first damper 36. The inner pipe 100 is inserted into the pressure accumulation chamber 33, and the fuel port 106 is made to communicate with the pressure accumulation chamber 33. The first damper 36 damps the pulsation caused by fuel injection, and a second damper assembly (38, 100) damps the pulsation caused by the high pressure pump having a low frequency.
