摘要： A sliding bearing 4 is constructed by an upper split bearing half 8 and a lower split bearing half 9. The upper split bearing half 8 has a sliding surface 8a, in which an oil groove 10 which allows an lubricating oil to flow therein is formed over the entire circumferential extent of the sliding surface 8a. The oil groove extends through a crush relief 8c to be open to a junction area 8b, and the oil groove has a bottom 10a which is formed so that a portion disposed toward the junction area as considered in the circumferential direction of the crush relief is located closer to the center of the upper split bearing half in comparison to a central portion. An ingress in large quantities of foreign particles within the oil groove onto the sliding surface of the sliding bearing and into a connecting rod bearing after passing through a lubricating oil feed passage is suppressed, and an oil leakage through the crush relief is reduced, allowing a lubricating oil pressure to be secured and augmented.

摘要：本発明の課題は、メインジャーナル部に対する軸受部材の摩擦を増大させることなく、メインジャーナル部の支承領域より漏洩する潤滑オイルの量を低減することである。本発明のクランクシャフトの給油装置は、互いに共働してクランクシャフト10のメインジャーナル部14A、14B、14D、14Eを囲繞し両端にクラッシリリーフ28を有する半円筒状の上側軸受部材20A、20B、20D、20E及び下側軸受部材22A、22B、22D、22Eを含む。上側軸受部材はメインジャーナル部に対向する面に設けられシリンダブロック12の油路36、36A、36B、36D、36Eに連通し周方向に延在する油溝30を有し、下側軸受部材は油溝を有しておらず、油溝30はクラッシリリーフ28には延在しておらず、油溝30へ供給された潤滑オイルがクラッシリリーフ28の領域へ漏洩することが抑制される。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide bearing structure of a shaft member by which sliding resistance during low temperature can be quickly reduced and cooling operation during high temperature by lubricating oil is not hindered.SOLUTION: In sliding bearing structure of the shaft member in which the lubricating oil is fed between sliding faces of the shaft member 10 and a bearing member 12 which can relatively rotate, there are provided: the bearing member 12 which is constituted of two half members and grooves 16 in a circumference direction having a specific width in a shaft direction, formed at both ends of the shaft direction in an inner circumference face of each half member; and seal members 18 which are constituted of two half members, disposed at positions corresponding to positions of grooves in the circumference direction, and having a connection member connecting each the both ends in the circumference direction of one half member and the both ends in the circumference direction of another half member. The seal members are formed of a material having a coefficient of thermal expansion such that, in the state where they are connected, shrink that their inner diameters become smaller than that of the bearing member during low temperature and expand that their inner diameters become equal or larger than that of the bearing member during high temperature.

SOLUTION: A crankshaft 2 is rotatably pivoted by bearings 1J to 5J at five positions, and first to second internal passages 21 and 22 are formed in the crankshaft 2. The bearings 1J to 5J are cylindrically formed by holding semi-cylindrical upper side bearing members 11A to 11E and lower side bearing members 12A to 12E. The upper side bearing members 11A, 11C, and 11E of the first, third, and fifth bearings 1J, 3J, and 5J are formed of bearing members having partial grooves in the inner peripheral surfaces thereof, and the upper side bearing members 11B and 11D of the other second and fourth bearings 2J and 4J are formed of bearing members having semi-circular grooves in the inner peripheral surfaces thereof. Since the cooling effect of the bearings 1J to 5J can be raised by suppressing the leakage of the lubricating oil, the durability of the bearings 1J to 5J can be prevented from lowering. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding bearing for suppressing the drop of hydraulic pressure. SOLUTION: The sliding bearing 5 comprises a semi-cylindrical halved bearing 6 having an oil supply hole 11 for supplying lubricating oil to the periphery of a shaft 3. On an inner peripheral face 6a of the halved bearing, a lubricating oil groove 12 is formed extending from an opening portion 11a of the oil supply hole to a mating face 14 at both ends of the halved bearing. At either peripheral end of the inner peripheral face, a crush relief 13 is provided which is set back to the radial outer periphery side as going to the mating face. Between the opening portion 11a of the oil supply hole in the lubricating oil groove and the mating face, a protruded portion 15 is provided which is protruded in the lubricating oil groove for reducing the flow path cross section of the lubricating oil groove as compared with that before or behind it in a flow direction.
