摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the supporting strength without increasing the weight of a frame member in a vehicle seat supporting the load of a seated person elastically by way of a sheet-like elastomer. SOLUTION: In the vehicle seat, a sheet-like elastomer 31 is stretched and installed at a frame member 51 which is oppositely positioned with an interval for a seated person H to be seated, and the load F1 of the seated person H is elastically supported by this sheet-like elastomer 31. The frame member 51 has a plate-like part 53 which is positioned oppositely, and at one end part 53a of the plate-like part 53, the sheet-like elastomer 31 is installed in a stretched state. The plate-like part 53 which is arranged opposing to the frame member 51 is positioned in a tilting state with an interval where the other end part 53b is getting gradually narrower than the one end part 53a. Also, the tilting direction of the tilting state is arranged to be the direction in which the sheet-like elastomer 31, installed at the one end 53a of the plate-like part 53, acts on the frame member 51. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the mechanism for replacing a cover covering the surface of a seat body. SOLUTION: A seat 1 for a vehicle includes a net cover 2A covering the surface of a seat back 2 (the seat body), and a jacket cover 10 capable of covering the surface of this net cover 2A and being removed from the covering state. The jacket cover 10 is configured of a flexible planar member. The forefront portion of each of belt-like shoulder pieces 11A, 11A extending from the upper edge portion of the jacket cover 10 is connected to the back surface portion of the seat back 2. The jacket cover 10 can be switched between an in-service state where it covers the surface of the net cover 2A and an out-of-service state where it is removed from this in-service-state to be turned to the back side of the seat back 2, by the rotational movement around the connection point with the seat back 2 serving as the fulcrum.
