摘要：光学部材の光学面を、所定の中心点を支点として揺動させることで所定の方向に向けるための光学部材の姿勢調整機構であって、所定の電圧を印加されることによって軸方向に伸縮し、一端部側が固定された電気機械変換素子と、電気機械変換素子の他端部側に設けられ、電気機械変換素子の伸縮によって軸方向に進退移動する駆動軸と、所定の中心点を支点として光学部材を揺動可能に支持する支持手段とを備え、支持手段は、所定の中心点から離れた光学部材の外周側に位置し、駆動軸に対して摩擦係合する移動片を含み、移動片は、電気機械変換素子が緩慢に伸縮するときは駆動軸とともに進退移動し、電気機械変換素子が急峻に伸縮するときは駆動軸に対して滑り移動し、光学部材の姿勢は、光学部材の外周側が移動片の進退移動および滑り移動によって軸方向に進退移動することによって調整される。

The driving circuit outputs a driving voltage at a frequency lower than that where the driving speed of the moving member is at maximum, and changes the drive frequency of the driving voltage so that the drive frequency has a negative correlative relationship with the ambient temperature.
