摘要： The present invention provides a sheet stacking apparatus which has a pair of lower discharge rollers which discharges a sheet, a processing tray which stacks the sheet discharged from the pair of lower discharge rollers, a trailing end stopper which aligns the trailing end portion in the conveying direction of the sheet bundle stacked on the processing tray, and pull-in paddles which drop the sheet discharged from the pair of lower discharge rollers on the processing tray and conveys the sheet to abut against the trailing end stopper where the pull-in paddles rotate at a first rotating speed so that the sheet discharged from the pair of lower discharge rollers is dropped on the processing tray and the pull-in paddles rotate at a second rotating speed, slower than the first rotating speed, so that the sheet abuts against the trailing end stopper.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device, an image reader and an image forming device that can correctly recognize the size of an original to carry and read the original even when the original is a doubly folded original or a Z-shape- folded original. SOLUTION: The image forming device 1 of this invention is composed of: a platen 12 on which an original is placed, a carrying device 2 having 1st detection means 7, 8 that identify the size of the original placed on the platen 12, and having a 2nd detection means 9 to identify the size of the original that is being carried, and a scanner unit 29 that can read image information of the original that is being moved. The scanner unit 29 has an image reader 3 that reads the image information of the original at positions at which the scanner unit 29 is stopped on the basis of the original size information obtained by the 1st detection means 7, 8 and the 2nd detection means 9. An image is recorded on a recording sheet with the image information read by the image reader 3.
