    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical bearing bushing with a collar, its manufacturing method, and a hinge structure using the cylindrical bearing bushing with a collar, capable of applying conductivity to a double bearing without applying a machining process such as cutting, applying electrostatic coating to a door without wiring from a high voltage power source, suppressing fluctuation in a sliding property to the minimum, and in which a problem such as rattling does not occur.
      SOLUTION: The cylindrical bearing bushing 1 with a collar is formed of a metallic back metal 2 such as a steel plate, a porous bronze sintered layer 3 formed integrally on the surface of the back metal 2, and a double sliding plate 5 comprising a sliding layer 4 of a synthetic resin composition filling pores in the porous bronze sintered layer 3 and covering its surface. The cylindrical bearing bushing 1 is equipped with a cylinder portion 11 rolled into a cylinder with the sliding layer 4 of the double sliding plate 5 on the inside, and a diameter expanded collar portion 12 on one end of one side of the cylinder portion 11 with the diameter expanded toward the outside in the radial direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a sliding member, which is excellent in friction/wear characteristics even under many different use conditions including drying friction conditions, conditions in oil, oil lubrication conditions, and the like and a sliding member produced using the composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition for a sliding member comprises 5-40 wt.% barium sulfate, 1-30 wt.% phosphate, 1-10 wt.% one, two, or more types of resins selected from a polyimide resin, a baked phenolic resin, and a polyphenylene sulfone resin, and a tetrafluoroethylene resin composing the remainder. The sliding member is formed by filling the pores of and coating the surface of a sintered porous metal layer formed on steel back metal with the above resin composition.
