    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct unit deflecting the wind direction.
      SOLUTION: An environmental test device 1 includes: a partition wall 3 in which an upper hole 3a and a lower hole 3b are formed and which partitions a casing 2; a test chamber 5 and an air conditioning chamber 8 which are separated by the partition wall 3 and which communicate with each other through the upper hole 3a and the lower hole 3b; and a duct unit 10 attached to the partition wall 3. The duct unit 10 has: a plate member 11; a plurality of holes 21 formed at one end in the horizontal direction of the plate member 11; a plurality of holes 22 formed at the other end in the horizontal direction of the plate member 11; and a partition plate 15 which protrudes from one face 11a and which partitions the plate member 11 into two regions 14a and 14b. The duct unit 10 is attached to the partition wall 3 so that the upper hole 3a faces the region 14a and the lower hole 3b faces the region 14b.

The heat treatment device 1 introduces air into the separation tank 25 via the exhaust gas system 26 and the air supply system 27 and generates a swirl flow by operating a blower 45 of the blowing mechanism part 30, mixes high temperature air of the exhaust gas system 26 with low temperature air of the air supply system 27 to cool the high temperature air, and sublimates the product gas contained in the high temperature air so that the sublimate can be collected.
