摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the subject device comprising a specific constitution, capable of producing a fiber sheet or lap regular in both the longitudinal and transverse directions, capable of recycling excessive raw fibers on the starting side, and suitable for the production of wide fiber webs. CONSTITUTION:Raw fibers are lifted by a vertically carrying means 2 in the vertical direction, and subsequently scraped down by a scraping means comprising a combination of a spiked cylinder 4 and a striping roller 5, etc. The weights of the fallen raw fibers are measured by a weight-measuring means disposed between the scraping means and a horizontally carrying means 9, preferably a load cell 7 equipped with a tilted plate 6, and subsequently carried in the horizontal direction by a horizontally carrying means 9, when the measured weight of the raw fibers is a predetermined weight. When the weight of the raw fibers exceeds the predetermined weight, the excessive raw fibers are blown out with an air nozzle 10 and subsequently fed back on the starting side by a feed back means constituted so as to return the excessive raw fibers to the vertically carrying means by the horizontally carrying means 11.
