The main drooping plate 4 with the reverse plate 6 in an upside-down position, where the upper-half portion 6c is set upside while the lower-half portion 6b is set under side, is inserted from above the grating 2 in between adjacent grating main bars 3 and 3 to put the drooping plate 4 hung on the main bar 3 with the upper edge of the drooping plate 4 hooked thereon. The deadweight of the reverse plate 6 of the hung drooping plate 4 causes the reverse plate 6 to reverse vertically around the fulcrum portion 6a, which puts the reverse plate 6 into a coming-off preventing engaging position between the lower end side of the grating 2 and the lower face side of a locking piece 10, where the drooping plate 4 is prevented from coming off in the direction reverse to the direction of insertion.
