    • PURPOSE:To continuously execute heat-treatment, such as quenching, annealing, on a product to be treated in the continuous heat-treating furnace by arranging heating part together with cooling room toward carrying direction of the product to be treated in the same room of continuous heat-treating furnace. CONSTITUTION:In the above continuous heat-treating furnace 1, the product 10 to be treated is laid on a mesh-belt 2, so that the part to be treated in the product 10 is positioned in the heating part 13. And, while circulating the belt 2 toward the direction of the arrow mark A, the product 10 is moved from the left side to the right side of the furnace 1 shown in the figure. Therefore, a part of product 10, passing through in the heating part 13 heated by a heater 17 and set at the prescribed temp., is heated at the above prescribed temp. On the other hand, while temp. of the other part of the above product 10 passing through the cooling part 14 is not practically raised the treating product is carried. In succession, after the product 10 partially heated at the prescribed temp. is carried out from the heating part 13 and the cooling part 14 of heating room 11, it is sent to a slow cooling room 12, to cool the above heated part at the prescribed cooling speed, and the treatment, such as gas quenching, tempering, annealing, normalizing, brazing, is executed.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce an initial cost by permitting simultaneous execution of heat treatment under different conditions by providing plural heating chambers which communicate with each other and are segmented by opening/closing doors to the rear of a front chamber. CONSTITUTION:The 1st heating chamber 4 and the 2nd heating chamber 5 are successively provided via the 1st intermediate door 6 to the rear of the front chamber 3 provided with a hardening vessel 2. The heating chambers 4, 5 are segmented from each other by the 2nd intermediate door 7. An article to be treated with which the treatment time is long is carried into the 2nd heating chamber 5 and an article to be treated with which the treatment time is short is carried into the 1st heating chamber 4. The 1st intermediate door 6 is opened and the article to be treated is transferred into an elevator 9 by opening the 1st intermediate door 6 prior to hardening. The elevator 9 is then lowered into the hardening vessel 2. The articles to be treated in the two heating chambers 4, 5 are successively hardened by such operation. The front chamber 3 is rationally and effectively utilized by the above-mentioned mechanism. The energy is economized by using the 2nd working chamber 5 for the carburization and the 1st heating chamber 4 for an adjusting chamber of the hardening temp., etc.

    • PURPOSE:To easily and accurately control atmosphere in a heat treating furnace, by decomposing organic liquid in a furnace inside decomposing chamber to generate and supply carrier gas, further supplying gas such as air, N2, Ar and organic gas for enrich gas. CONSTITUTION:To the furnace inside decomposing chamber 2 provided in the heat treating furnace 1 for atmospherically heat treating material to be treated, organic liquid such as methanol is supplied from a supplying pipe 5 and decomposed, if necessary, heated by a heater 6 to accelerate the decomposition, generated carrier gas is supplied into furnace from a gas sending hole 4, stirred and uniformly diffused by a revolving blade 3. Gas such as air, N2, Ar is supplied simultaneously or singly. Further organic gas for enrich gas such as propane, butane is supplied. In this way, furnace inside atmosphere is controlled to the desired atmospheric gas component concn., and unevenness in temp. distribution and dropping, etc., of organic liquid are prevented to obtain good material to be treated free from cementation unevenness, etc.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling apparatus of a vacuum vaporized material in which the cooling treatment of the treating article after recovering the vacuum vaporized material can efficiently be executed in a short time and the producing efficiency of metals for reuse can drastically be improved. SOLUTION: To a vacuum heating chamber 1 in the vacuum vaporized recovering device, a first cooling chamber 2 is disposed through a heat insulating door and a second cooling chamber 3 is disposed to the first cooling chamber 2 through a vacuum door and a third cooling chamber 4 is successively provided through a double vacuum door 8. In the vacuum heating chamber 1, a treating article carry-out means 22 for shifting the treating article 15 into the first cooling chamber 2, is arranged. Further, in each cooling chamber, a cooling means, pressure reducing means and treating article carrying means 25 are arranged and the treating article from the vacuum heating chamber 1 to the cooling chamber 4 at the last stage can be shifted and thereby, the treating article can be cooled step by step according to the shift between the cooling chambers.
