摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title fiber at a low cost by aging an organogel of gypsum obtained by reacting an alcohol solution of lime compound with an alcohol solution of sulfuric acid and then filtering and separating the treated organogel. CONSTITUTION:700-16000 pts. wt. alcohol such as ethanol having >=99wt.% concentration is added and blended with 100 pts.wt. lime compound such as CaCO3 to give alcohol solution or suspension (A) of the lime compound. Then 720-16000 pts.wt. alcohol such as ethanol having >=99wt.% concentration is blended with 100 pts.wt. of about 96wt.% sulfuric acid to provide alcohol solution (B) of sulfuric acid. Then the component A is blended with the component B so as to give an addition amount of sulfuric acid more excess by 0.05-10% than gypsum production equivalent to the lime compound and the blend is reacted at 0-60 deg.C to afford an organogel (C). The component C is aged at 0-60 deg.C and then filtered to separate an alcohol and the resultant hemihydrate gypsum fiber is burned at 600-800 deg.C to provide II type anhydrous gypsum fiber.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which strain with time is not generated between a gypsum layer and an adhesive layer, and also, cracks or a strength lowering do not occur in the case wherein a gypsum block is made from board wastes. SOLUTION: By this method, a first molded body having a dihydrate gypsum as a core material is bonded to a second molded body having a dihydrate gypsum as a core material. In this case, the surfaces of faces with which the first molded body and the second molded body are bonded are made into a hemihydrate gypsum by heating in advance. Then, water is applied to the surfaces of the first molded body and the second molded body, and the faces to be bonded of the first molded body and the second molded body are closely joined for the bonding method.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel calcium carbonate-based fluorescent substance, which can be supplied at a very low cost, and red-color fluorescent composition with the same fluorescent substance as a luminescent component, and also to provide a method for producing the same fluorescent substance. SOLUTION: This fluorescent substance of crystalline calcium carbonate, mainly of vaterite structure and additionally of calcite structure, activated with mixed Mn and Ce is obtained by adding carbonate ion to a mixed aqueous solution of water-soluble calcium, manganese and cerium compounds to separate a gel-like material mainly composed of calcium carbonate, and agitating the solution suspending the gel-like material to accelerate crystallization of calcium carbonate. The fluorescent substance illuminates in red, when irradiated with near-ultraviolet ray, e.g. that emitted from a black light. It gives various fluorescent compositions, when added to coating materials, concrete or plastics.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new calcium carbonate-based fluorescent material capable of being supplied at an extremely low cost, to provide a red- or blue-emitting fluorescent composition containing the material as a light-emitting component, and to provide a method for producing the fluorescent material. SOLUTION: This method for producing calcium carbonate-based fluorescent material comprises adding carbonate ion to a mixed aqueous solution of a water-soluble calcium compound and a trivalent europium compound, precipitating a gelatinous substance consisting mainly of calcium carbonate, then stirring the solution in which the formed gel suspends so as to accelerate crystallization of the calcium carbonate. Thus, crystal of Eu3+-activated red-emitting calcium carbonate consisting mainly of a vaterite structure is obtained. The obtained fluorescent material emits a red light, when irradiated with the black light, i.e., the near ultraviolet rays. Crystal or Eu2+-activated blue- emitting calcium carbonate in which a calcite structure is added to the vaterite structure is obtained by subjecting the above material to heat treatment. The heat-treated fluorescent material emits a blue light. The variously shaped fluorescent compositions are obtained by adding the above fluorescent materials to various materials, such as coating materials, concrete and plastics.
