    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize speedy work for inserting, fitting, and taking out a lock ring of a groove ring of a socket by pulling a cylindrical body in a condition in which the lock ring is locked in the cylindrical body, its outside diameter is shrunk, and it is removed from the groove ring out of the socket along a joint pipe which is mounted internally in a condition in which the lock ring is locked after the lock ring is locked, its outside diameter is shrunk, and it is removed from the groove ring. SOLUTION: When a lock ring 4a fitted into a groove ring 3c in a socket of a pipe joint is taken out, a joint pipe 5a is inserted into the socket, and a cylindrical body 2a is closed after an outer joint section on a side of the lock ring 4a is engaged by turning the cylindrical body 2a to the right and left by applying inner insertion force lightly when an outside diameter adjusting section of the cylindrical body 2a comes into contact with the side of the lock ring 4a in which outer periphery is fitted in the groove ring 3c. The lock ring 4a is locked in the cylindrical body 2a to shrink its outside diameter and is removed from the groove ring 3c. After that, the cylindrical body 2a in this condition is pulled out of the socket along the joint pipe 5a which is mounted internally in a condition in which the lock ring 4a is locked. Consequently, it is possible to take out the lock ring 4a speedily.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize an pressure increase required to exceed a blow-off pressure of a safety valve by provideing a permanent magnet together with a compression spring to a valve shaft so that the valve is pressd against a valve seat by means of a compression spring force and an absorbing force of the permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A valve 4 is forced by a compression spring 10 so as to normall close an exhaust port 3, and a premanent magnet 7 is provided beneath a spring receptacle 6 accepting a pressing force of the compression spring 10. Since the permanent 7 is absorbed toward a valve housing 2, the valve 4 is ultimately kept pressed against the exhaust port 3 by means of a resultant force of both forces, i.e., a pressing force of the compression spring 10 and an absorbing force of the permanent magnet 7. According to this constitution, when the fluid pressure in the pipe exceeds this resultant force even slightly, the valve 4 is widely opened instantaneously offering an excellent characteristic as a safety valve.
