    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a different hardness composite vibration insulating rubber in one process. SOLUTION: An inner fitment 2 and an outer fitment 4 are put into a mold with runners of two systems, and parting components 7 are disposed at some intervals in the vicinity of the outer fitment 4 connected with the inner fitment 2, and a low hardness rubber material is injected from a runner on the arm section side, while a high hardness rubber material is injected from a runner on the main stopper side. A low hardness arm section 6, a high hardness main stopper section 10 and peripheral rubber 22 connected with edge rubber 20 can be formed simultaneously by the arrangement, and a low hardness rubber section is integrated with a high hardness rubber section through the parting components 7. At the time, rubbers of two different kinds having different harness are separated across the parting components 7 and not mixed each other. The positions of rubber connecting sections of two different kinds having different hardness, therefore, can be determined by the parting components 7, and the composite molding of different hardness rubbers can be completed in one process by the arrangement.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the number of part items and the number of mounting processes, and prevent the dropping-out by providing a resin bearing between the inner cylinder of a sliding bush for vehicle and an elastic body concentrically provided around it, and integrally forming a seal cover extended from a part of the elastic body in the axial direction of the inner cylinder to cover the circumference. CONSTITUTION:A seal cover 6 is extended from both side parts of an elastic body 2 in the end direction of an inner cylinder 1 and integrally formed together with the molding of an outer cylinder 4 to cover the circumference of a protruding part 5, and the top end side is substantially cylindrical to closely make contact with the circumference of the protruding part 5. A resin bearing 3 is charged in a sliding groove 7 consisting of a ring recessed groove on the outer circumference of the inner cylinder 1 so as to be movable in the sliding groove 7 by the inner circumferential surface and both axial end surfaces. The elastic body 2 consists of rubber or an elastomer, and is directly molded around the inner cylinder on which the resin bearing 3 is preliminarily formed, its inner circumferential surface is adhered and integrated into the outer circumferential surface of the resin bearing 3, and the seal cover 6 is also adhered to the protruding part 5.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a nonlinear spring characteristic in the case of a fluid charged vibrationproofing device such as the engine mount rubber of a suspension mount rubber for an automobile by providing a membrane part which makes elastic deformation possible according to input vibration on a partition wall for partitioning off a fluid room into two rooms. CONSTITUTION:An engine mount has a No.1 coupling member 1, which is to be mounted on an engine, coupled with a No.2 coupling member 2, which is to be mounted on the body side, through a rubber 3. The No.1 coupling member 1 has a practically airtight space formed in its housing 4 interior where a fluid room is sectioned on the rubber 3 side by a diaphragm 5 for charging incompressive fluid therein and this fluid room is partitioned off into two rooms 7, 8 by a rubber partition wall 6. In this case, the middle section of the rubber partition wall 6 is made a membrane 11 and a push-up part 12 is provided on a part thereof. Thus spring characteristic of membrane 11 is made nonlinear by the push-up part 12 being deformed by having its tip pushed against a partition wall supporting member 14 when the membrane 11 is deformed downwards.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a fluid packing type mount which can adjust the inner pressure and change the length of an orifice. CONSTITUTION: This device has a cylindrical rubber block 3 for connecting a first connecting member 1 attached to an engine to a second connecting member 2 connected to a vehicle body and the rubber block 3 is divided by a separating wall 6 into a first room 8 and a second room 9 which communicate each other through an orifice passageway 34. The orifice passageway 34 communicates with the first room 8 through a middle opening 37 which is opened and closed by a valve 38 changing the length of the passageway and a constantly open end at the end of the passageway. If a part of wall of a cylindrical part 5 of the rubber block 3 is made a movable wall 12 and the pressure of an outer control room 26 is made negative, the inner pressure of the first room 8 is reduced and the valve 38 changing the length of the passageway is moved to open the middle opening 37 and to shorten the length of the orifice, thereby setting the minimum dynamic spring constant in the range of idle vibration, which greatly reduces a dynamic spring constant.
