    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor board fixture which regulates the movement of a floor board by an external force occurred in normal use and also secures the floor board on support members such as a floor joist while permitting the movement of the floor board when the floor board expands, shrinks or the like. SOLUTION: The floor board fixture 1 formed with slits 41 in the longitudinal direction is used to fix a floor board 4 to both respective side faces 40 in the width direction. In the floor board fixture, a bridging piece 3 and a spacer piece 2 are integrally formed of a flexible synthetic resin material into a substantially cross-shaped cross-section to form a nail hole 21 for undergoing the insertion of the spacer piece, wherein the bridging piece is inserted into the slits formed on the respective side faces of two floor boards disposed adjacently, and the spacer piece projects into the floor board front and back face direction from the intermediate position in the width direction of the bridging piece and is held between both side faces of the floor board. The side face 23 of the spacer piece in contact with the side faces 40 of the floor board is formed with a plurality of a protruded stripes 22, 22' forming lines at predetermined intervals in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the floor board face of the spacer piece 2.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an additive material which can improve strength of synthetic wood from waste plastic recovered as construction waste materials. SOLUTION: The waste plastic which is recovered as construction waste material, contains at least partially constituted part with PET and in which a plurality of kinds of molded products are mixed is crushed into the fibrous crushed materials having a thickness of 8-50 μm and the length of 1-30 mm with a crushing process (process 1); removed foreign matters by a wet specific gravity screening (process 4); and dried (process 5). The fibrous crushed materials after drying is subjected to dry cleaning by further adding a shock friction force when needed (process 6). Thereby an additive material (fibrous crushed materials) in which the content of PET is 15-30 wt.%, preferably 20 wt.% and the content of ash is 10-15 wt.% is obtained. The synthetic wood having an improved strength is obtained when a synthetic wood is formed by adding the additive material to a thermoplastic resin having a melting temperature less than the melting temperature of the PET together with wooden powder at a temperature less than the melting temperature of the PET.
