SOLUTION: The phosphoric acid residue-containing (meth)acrylic amide-containing composition comprising a (meth)acrylic amide having a (poly)sulfonic acid group and/or a phosphonic acid group consisting of a (poly)phosphoric acid group and a nitrogen-containing surfactant is excellently compatible with another ethylenically unsaturated coupling-containing compound, to provide a transparent mixture. The phosphoric acid residue-containing vinyl polymer-containing composition, which is prepared by reacting the phosphoric acid residue-containing (meth)acrylic amide the mixture with the other ethylenically unsaturated coupling-containing compound, has excellent flame retardancy and transparency.
