    • PURPOSE:To improve the curing efficiency, save energy and secure the required strength by forming a part or a front section of a site of a mold being in contact with concrete in the form of a double structure and feeding a heat developing substance or a heating medium as the minimum required in compliance with the thickness and volume of respective sites of a product into a space. CONSTITUTION:For example, a mold of block 1 for a U-shaped side gutter is divided into, for example, mold sections 2, 12, 4 and 3 formed by dividing the outer side face and the inner peripheral face of a standing section into two, upper and lower respectively, and a mold section 5 of the lower face of a bottom wall section, and the divided sections are formed into a double structure provided with hollow sections 11 respectively. Heating medium injection openings 13 and discharge openings 14 are formed on respective mold sections 2-5 and 12 to feed the heating medium. For supplying the heat for accelerating curing, the method of filling the spaces 11 with a heat developing material (agent), the method of flowing the heating medium such as high pressure vapor, or hot air, hot water or oil or making the same remaining in, the method of filling water, oil or the like and heating by electric heat or the like can be applied selectively and properly. The curing temperature is adjusted in compliance with the thickness and volume of respective sites.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a composite function type gutter, in which initial polluted water is drained quickly, an outflow inhibiting function is controlled and improved, a storage space is ensured and a function recovery measure at the time of clogging is taken simply and which has a water control and intake function and a storage infiltration function. CONSTITUTION:A water control and intake post body 7, which is formed in an upper section closed type or a cover type and in which the whole surface is opened or a part is opened in a lower section and a plurality of intakes 9 are formed to a top section 8 projected near a center, is installed to the upper section of the sidewall of a gutter body 1, and the internal space of a gutter is divided into an upper drainage ditch 18 and a lower drainage ditch 19 by a bottom block 15 mounted to the intermediate section of the sidewall. Exchangeable filters 20a, 20b, 21 for preventing clogging are set up to the intakes 9 of the water control and intake post body 7, and an exchangeable sheet 22 for obviating clogging is laid on the opening section 5 of the bottom of the gutter.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a concrete-steel pipe composite pile having a high strength by a method in which cylindrical pieces having small holes through which a PC steel material are pierced are fitted on the outside of a steel pipe, a grout is injected into the aperture between the cylindrical pieces and the steel pipe, and then a prestress is applied through the PC steel material. CONSTITUTION:A large number of concrete cylindrical pieces 2 are fitted on the outside of a steel pipe 1, PC steel materials 6 are pierced through small holes 5 axially formed in the cylindrical pieces 2, and a grout is injected into the aperture between the steel pipe and the cylindrical pieces and between the cylindrical pieces. Then, a prestress is applied through the PC steel materials whose both ends are fixed to the steel pipe 1. By this, a composite pile having a high strength can be obtained because the steel pile 1 is integrately and pressingly combined with the concrete cylindrical pieces 2.
