By this organization, it is possible to cut off the supply of gas and to automatically cut off the gas current when the flame is put out.

Thus, when the values of the sensors 14 and 15 exceed a predetermined temperature set by a detecting signal from the sensor 13, a relay contact T2 goes OFF to interrupt the supply of electricity to the relay Z so that a predetermined small quantity of hot water is constantly kept reserved in the upper part of the vessel 1.
