摘要： PURPOSE:To modify the abrasion resistance, dyeability, etc., of a textile product in high efficiency without deteriorating the feeling of the product by subjecting the textile product to uniform resin finishing in high operability. CONSTITUTION:A textile product is subjected to resin finishing with a reactive resin finishing agent using a phase-transfer catalyst. The phase-transfer catalyst is e.g. quaternary salt, crown ethers, cryptands, polyethylene glycols, amine oxides or amine imides for synthetic fiber product and polyethylene glycols, crown ethers or long-chain alkyl dimethylamine oxides for cellulosic fiber or wool fiber product.

摘要： PURPOSE:To effect the efficient utilization of thermal energy and the heat- treatment of a fiber product to get excellent quality by impregnating a solution of a processing agent in a protein fiber web, and continuously transferring the product in a heat-treatment chamber in an atmosphere to suppress the evaporation of the solvent from the surface of the treating object. CONSTITUTION:A fiber web 10 made of a protein fiber such as silk, wool, mohair or cashmere is continuously immersed in a processing agent solution 16 in an immersion tank 14, horizontally transferred through a channel 88 between a pair of upper and lower partition sheets 60, 66 in a heat-treatment chamber 40, heat-treated with thermal energy transmitted from heat-sources 72 oppositely placed above and below the fiber web 10 and delivered from the chamber with rollers 76, 76 through a delivery part 52 and an evacuation chamber 72. The channel 88 is an extremely narrow closed small space opened exclusively at the inlet part 50 and a delivery part 52, and constantly maintained in a state of high solvent vapor pressure and, accordingly, the heat-treatment is carried out while suppressing the evaporation of the solvent to improve the utilization efficiency of thermal energy.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the modification of a silk fiber product with reduced cost in high workability by improving a method for the treatment of a silk fiber product with a treating liquid composed mainly of an aminated phosphorus compound. CONSTITUTION:An extremely practical and economical modification of a silk fiber product can be carried out to give a product having excellent feeling with decreased consumption of expensive resin finishing agent by adding ammonium phosphate to a treating liquid. A protonic polar solvent can be used as the solvent for the treating liquid in addition to aprotic polar solvent. For example, glycerol, polyglycerol, ethylene glycol polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, polypropylene glycol and other polyhydric alcohols exhibiting liquid state at ordinary temperature are effective as the above solvent.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the subject fiber, rich in feeling of ultrahigh class and useful as cloths, etc., for interiors by subjecting either of warp and weft yarns of silk to degumming and bleaching treatment while keeping the other in an undegummed state, dyeing the yarns with a reactive dye, weaving a cloth from both the yarns, scouring the cloth and then carrying out bleaching treatment with an oxidation bleaching agent. CONSTITUTION:Either of warp and weft yarns composed of silk is used in intact undegummed raw silk yarn and the other in the form of yarn is subjected to normal degumming and bleaching treatments, etc. The aforementioned yarns are dyed with a dischargeable reactive dye into a desired pattern to provide dyed yarns. Both the yarns are used to weave a cloth, which is then subjected to scouring treatment using a scouring liquid, prepared by dissolving a soap and an alkaline agent in water and containing an anionic surfactant or a nonionic surfactant, a white area staining inhibitor (a nonionic surfactant) a sequestering agent, etc., as additives. After completing the scouring treatment, bleaching treatment is performed with an oxidation bleaching agent to afford the objective cloth.

In the gap G between the ends 3'and 3', there is disposed a scanning disc 10 so that the flux of light received is transmitted in a pulsating manner such that it corresponds to the length. The light received in a linear manner from the projector 4 which is not shielded by a test piece 1 is counted as the pulses corresponding to the length whereby the width of the peice 1 is metered.
