This sorting device comprises a transportation conveyor 1 which transports the metals M, electromagnetic induction heating equipment 2 which heats the metals M through electromagnetic induction heating on the conveyor 1, and a temperature detector 3 which measures the temperatures of the heated metals M. This sorting device also comprises a position detector 4 which detects the transported positions of the temperature-measured metals M on the conveyor 1, a sorting and discharging device 5 which sorts and discharges the metals M on and form the conveyor by their materials, and a controller 6 which drives and controls the device 5 based on detect signals from the temperature and position detectors 3 and 4.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a fire accident due to spontaneous fire by preventing heat accumulation within a solid fuel storage tank, in the solid fuel storage tank for storing solid fuel manufactured from garbage. SOLUTION: This fire preventive system for the solid fuel storage tank 1 is provided in the solid fuel storage tank 1 and prevent the fire accident due to spontaneous fire within the solid fuel storage thank 1. The fire prevention system is constituted of an air circulation passage 5 and a blower 6 for circulation for recirculating air or a carrying device 12 for recirculating the solid fuel. The fire prevention system prevents heat storage within the solid fuel storage tank 1 by recirculating air and solid fuel within the solid fuel storage tank 1, cooling the solid fuel by air or constantly moving the solid fuel. The solid fuel storage tank 1 is provided with a water spraying nozzle 7, a CO detecting device 8 and a temperature detecting device 9 to detect CO amount in air and the temperature of air within the solid fuel storage tank 1.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe wastewater treatment method with low energy and a low load to an environment where persistent pollutants in a wastewater are decom posed and are converted into non-toxic substances by using bacteria decomposing the persistent pollutants such as dioxins and endocrine disruptors. SOLUTION: The decomposition treatment process of the persistent pollutants in the wastewater according to the present invention is characterized in that a process that the persistent pollutants contained in the wastewater are decomposed into carbon dioxide and easily decomposable substances with a bacterial strain which decomposes the persistent pollutants disposed in a bio-reactor, a process that a reactor water discharged from the bio-reactor is membrane separated, a polymer component and a solid component are returned to the bio-reactor and the wastewater comprising a liquid component and the easily decomposable substances is permeated and discharged, this membrane permeated water is supplied to an easily decomposable substance tank and the easily decomposable substances are decomposed and treated to discharge a clean treated water. If white rot fungi or molds are used as the strain decomposing the persistent pollutants, such as dioxins, exogenous endocrine disruptors (environmental hormones) or chromatic components can be also decomposed and treated.
