    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of dress intervals by efficiently and highly precisely carrying out gear honing.
      SOLUTION: One or more than one of conditions; (a) sliding velocity of a working surface of a gear to be cut in gear honing work is set to 6 to 30 m/sec, (b) rotating speed of the gear to be cut in the honing work is set to 8000 to 30000 rpm and (c) rotating speed of a gear honing grinding wheel in the gear honing work is set to 2500 to 15000 rpm, is/are satisfied in the gear honing work. It is desirable to set the sliding velocity to 9 to 30 m/sec, the rotating speed of the gear to be cut to 10000 to 30000 rpm and the rotating speed of the gear honing grinding wheel to 3000 to 15000 rpm.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such problems that a tool must be formed in a complicated shape or the number of processes must be increased in the generation of complicated tooth face such as bias tooth face in the production process for mass-produced gears and accordingly a cost is increased and an efficiency is decreased and such problems that, since the gear face is generated basically by the copying of the tooth face in a shaving process and a honing process for generating complicated gear faces such as bias gear face, the accuracy of the tools thereof and a difference of lots affect a gear face accuracy and accordingly a quality is not stabilized. SOLUTION: A complicated gear face such as bias gear face is generated by a worm-shaped tool, a corrective action to shift from a synchronous state is applied to at least one of a worm-shaped tool rotating shaft, a work rotating shaft, and a worm-shaped tool feed shaft operated in synchronous with each other during the generation of gear face by the worm-shaped tool, or at least a part of the gear face is generated in a complicated tooth face such as bias tooth face by the rotation or movement of either of a tool swing shaft and a tool shift shaft, the movement of a tool cut-in shaft used in combination with the rotation or movement, or the combination thereof.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for gear-wheel honing in which tooth doubling is carried out so that a working allowance becomes equal by simple formation, and by synchronously spinning a grinding stone gear-wheel and a worked gear-wheel with high accuracy, by a synchronous rotation by which a highly accurate gear-wheel is manufactured with efficiency and at a low cost.
      SOLUTION: In this gear-wheel working method, a driving spinning phase is fixed by performing the engagement spinning of both spindles by synchronous control by driving the worked gear-wheel 2 and the grinding stone gear-wheel 1 together, by performing the mounting of the worked gear-wheel to the supporting shaft of the worked gear-wheel, by clamping the worked gear-wheel to the above supporting shaft of the worked gear-wheel, by measuring a spinning phase difference between the worked gear-wheel and the supporting shaft of the worked gear-wheel with a device for positioning the worked gear-wheel, by synchronizing the worked gear-wheel and the grinding stone gear-wheel by the controlling of each control motor and by doubling and spinning a spinning phase so as to cancel the spinning phase difference, in a condition in which the driving torque of the worked gear-wheel or the grinding stone gear-wheel is lowered to a degree not to receive cutting due to the grinding stone gear-wheel, by approaching the worked gear-wheel and the grinding stone gear-wheel up to the vicinity of a backlash zero position, by reading the spinning phase difference between the worked gear-wheel and the grinding stone gear-wheel at the vicinity of the backlash zero position and by making adjustment so as to cancel the spinning phase difference of each control motor between the worked gear-wheel and the grinding stone gear-wheel.
