If a plurality of vertical holes 16 are formed at the prescribed pitch, the fitting position of the faucet post 10 can be adjusted in the lateral direction in relation to the position of a water supply pipe. A clearance groove 17 is coupled with a drip 6, and the faucet post 10 is closely stably fitted along the wall face 4 without any play.

The eluate is injected from the port 10 into the column part 3 and the sample is allowed to flow into the column part 3 from the port 9. The sample is separated by the ion exchange resin and the eluate is conducted into the pipe 16. The potential difference corresponding to the measured ions is determined by the ion electrode 18 and the reference electrode 22.
