SOLUTION: The container body 10 has a square shaped bottom 20, a square framed part 30, a pair of first side walls 40, and a pair of second walls 50, and the side walls 40 and 50 can be change into a folded state from a basic state and vice versa. An insulating seat material 100 has a bag-shape in the basic state and is arranged at the inner side of the container body 10 and combined with the square framed part 30. The parts corresponding to the first side walls 140a, 140b and the parts corresponding to the second side walls 150a, 150b are not combined with each other. The insulating material 100 is foldable from the basic state into the folded state while being held at the inner side of the container body. Since the part 120 corresponding to the bottom of the container body 10 is raised to the vicinity of the square framed part 30, the container is transformed towards the folded state.
