摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the titled sheet to possess sufficient transparency and gloss by easily providing the titled sheet with a mirror-surface-like smooth surface, by so consti tuting an elastic roll that a metallic cylindrical material is fitted over an external circumferential surface of an elastic layer by adhering the same closely to the external circumferential surface. CONSTITUTION:The titled roll device is constituted of a metallic roll 1 and an elastic roll 3 which are arranged in parallel with each other. The elastic roll 3 is so constituted that a thick cylindrical elastic layer 5 is provided over a rigid core shaft 4 made of metal, a thin cylindrical cylinder 6 made of metal is fitted over an external circumferential surface of the elastic layer 5 by adhering the same closely to the external circumferential surface and a hard plated layer 7 similar to the foregoing is provided over the external surface of the cylinder 6. Both the external surfaces of the metallic roll 1 and the cylinder 6 of the elastic roll 3 are finished into mirror-surface-like smooth surfaces or at least either of them is finished into an uneven surface of either embossed pattern or the other arbitrary pattern. With this construction, a high-quality sheet is manufactured by making use of rigidity of the metallic roll and elasticity of a rubber roll.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring made of a fluoroplastic resin which is difficult to injection-mold differently from general synthetic resin, and a check valve whose all parts are made of fluorocarbon resin incorporating the spring. SOLUTION: A bar material of synthetic resin providing elasticity is machined to form a screw shaft body having a spiral blade on the outer peripheral, and the shaft body of the screw shaft is bored and removed to obtain a synthetic resin spring of spiral wing shape. As the synthetic resin, fluoroplastic resin will be adopted. The check valve is composed of a cylindrical body of fluorocarbon providing an inlet and outlet for fluid and a check valve of fluorocarbon which is attached at the middle of the body inside and retracted to open a flow clearance by a pressure of the fluid. The spring of fluorocarbon is incorporated into the check valve to apply a force for advancing.

Variations in a gap, a contact pressure between the two rolls 1 and 5 are absorbed by elastic deformations of the layers 7, 9 to obtain a sheet of a uniform thickness, and a surface is smoothed by the layer 10. An uneven surface 9A is provided on the layer 9, and the layer 10 is provided along an uneven part to form an uneven pattern.
