This oxygen uptake resin included in an oxygen uptaking resin layer is a copolymer combining polyolefin oligomer segment having carbon dioxide-carbon dioxide unsaturated bond in its main chain or ramification containing a transition-metal compound in a catalytic amount. When the bottle is stored for 180 days in the atmosphere between 4 deg.C and 25 deg.C closed airtight filled with beer, the amount of oxygen penetrated into the bottle is 1 ppm or less relative to beer wt.%.
