摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric material solved in the problem of abrasion resistance and capable of being used even in a use field of wall hanging, carpet, mats such as a table mat, a desk mat or the like in an extremely practical manner. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic sheet with a melting point of 150 deg.C or lower is bonded to the single surface of a nonwoven fabric comprising fine synthetic fibers of 1.1 decitex or less under heating and pressure, while held to a sheetlike state to form a nonwoven fabric material having a plurality of layered structures as a whole. A adhesive layer, which can repeatedly bond and peel the nonwoven fabric material with respect to other member, is provided to the surface opposite to the nonwoven fabric layer of the thermoplastic sheet to obtain the nonwoven fabric material.

SOLUTION: The cloth laminate having the excellent surface maintaining capability comprises a fiber cloth formed of multifilament yarns made of extrafine synthetic filament fiber having 1.1 decitex or less as constituting yarns, and a film sheet made of a thermoplastic resin having a melting point of 200 deg.C or lower in such a manner that both the cloth and the film sheet are substantially held, in a state in which single fibers of the extrafine synthetic filament fiber are freely existed in a fiber cloth surface layer and they are hot press bonded while the film sheet is held in its sheet state.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desalting agent exhibiting a high desalting efficiency in washing with water by incorporating an alkanolamine and a hydroxycarboxylic acid as the essential ingredients into the same. SOLUTION: This desalting agent is based on water or an alcohol as the solvent and contains 0.01-10wt.% alkanolamine (e.g. triethanolamine) and 0.01-10wt.% hydroxycarboxylic acid (e.g. hydroxyacetic acid). First, on the surface of e.g. a steel structure, a cured undercoating layer comprising a polyurethane resin is formed by applying a prepolymer contg. 50-95wt.% (dry basis) zinc powder or 70-95wt.% (dry basis) zinc powder/mica-like iron oxide followed by drying. Then, when there is a salt (e.g. sodium chloride or magnesium chloride) in an amt. of 50mg/m or higher attached to the undercoating layer, the desalting agent is sprayed to the coated surface with a high-pressure water- washing machine, etc. After desalting is confirmed, a topcoating material is applied to form a corrosionproof coating film.

Then, the hair erecting layer or the hairy layer 2 consisting of the fibers which constitute the fiber aggregates in the inner material is provided on at least one surface of the fiber forming inner material and the hairs for forming the layer 2 are provided with length which is up to the half of the average fiber length of the short fibers or, preferably, the length of 0.5-50 mm.
