    • PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency and working accuracy of a working machine. CONSTITUTION:A front shaft 8 is supported on the front part of a car body 3 swingably in vertical direction around a pivot part 9 and a working machine 2 for moving is installed turnably in a horizontal direction on the front part of the car body 3. The upper part of the cylinder tube 30 of a double acting hydraulic cylinder 27 is connected to the front part of the car body 3 and the front shaft 8 is connected to the lower part of the piston rod 32 of the hydraulic cylinder 27. When a working machine 2 is turned left, a hydraulic changeover valve 28 is switched from a neutral position Z to an extend operation position X by interlocking to this turning and a pressurized oil is supplied to the operation room 35 for extending operation and it is obstructed that the car body 3 is inclined to the left side in relation to the front shaft 8. When the working machine 2 is turned to the right side, the hydraulic changeover valve 28 is switched from its neutral position Z to a shrink operation position Y by interlocking to this turning and the pressurized oil is supplied to the operation room 34 for shrinking and it is obstructed that the car body 3 is inclined to the right side in relation to the front shaft 8.
