    • PURPOSE:To provide the subject fiber sheet-like article having excellent strength, bulkiness and voluminous touch and useful for clothes, etc., by adding a resin composition solution such as a natural resin to a fiber composition capable of being formed into fibrils, such as vegetable fibers, drying, crumpling and self-cross-linking the treated fiber composition. CONSTITUTION:The objective fiber sheet is characterized by treating a fibril- forming fiber composition comprising a kind of fibers selected from vegetable fibers and fibril-forming chemical fibers or synthetic fibers, their blend, etc., with a resin composition consisting mainly of a natural resin, a synthetic resin, a wax, etc., or a resin-foaming composition such as a finely foamed resin solution or a foaming agent-containing resin as a seizing agent, or with a paper solution as a part of the seizing agent to produce paper, or by integrating the fibril-forming fiber composition with a fiber sheet such as cloth or paper, followed by drying and crumpling the produced paper or sheet-like product to partially or wholly loose the entanglements of the fiber tissue or by creasing and simultaneously or subsequently self-cross-linking or reacting or foaming the sheet-like product.

    • PURPOSE:To increase a surface area and to improve moisture permeability or air permeability by spreading a ceramics powder having function absorbing and emitting light and heat on a base material as a composition of synthetic resins to form a coated sheet and applying wrinkle imparting processing to this composite sheet. CONSTITUTION:An acrylic emulsion is applied to wall material paper as an under coating agent by gravure coating technique and dried. Next, a fine powder of a transition metal oxide compound, a fine powder of titanium oxide and a viscosity controller are mixed with a hard type acryic emulsion to prepare a pasty coating compound which is, in turn, applied to the base material subjected to under coating processing and dried to form a film-like layer on the base material. This composite sheet-like article is gripped so as to provide a predetermined gap by grippers and said gap is narrowed and the grippers are shaken to perform processing like manual rubbing to apply wrinkle imparting processing to said article. By this method, the strain forming parts of the surface of the film-like layer generate fine damages and cracks to increase the surface area of the composite sheet-like article.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the subject device capable of simultaneously subjecting plural sheets to a rubbing process without producing and deviation therebetween by disposing speed, tension and meandering position-adjusting mechanisms, matching machines, etc., at front and rear places from a rubbing machine composed of plural grasping tools. CONSTITUTION:When transferred from dewinding devices 1a, 1b and 1c to winding devices 12a, 12b and 12c and simultaneously subjected to a rubbing process, plural sheets E1, E2 and E3 are passed through compensators A, etc., used for measuring the transferring speeds and tensions of the sheets and disposed at front and rear places from a rubbing machine equipped with grasping devices C1, C2 and C3 having fixed grasping tools 6a, 7a and 8a and movable grasping tools 6b, 7b and 8b, laterally aligned and adjusted with meandering position-adjusting devices B1-B6 and with matching devices 5a and 5b and subsequently simultaneously subjected to a rubbing process using the fixed grasping devices and the movable grasping devices rotating in the forward and reverse directions, respectively, without producing any deviation, thereby efficiently performing the rubbing processing of the sheets.
