    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag container for frozen confectionery enabling extraction without performing troublesome preparation, and completely preventing dripping of frozen confectionery inside the container under any environment until the time for extracting content. SOLUTION: The bag container for frozen confectionery has a bag shape storing frozen/solidified frozen confectionery in its inner part, and an extraction port for extracting the confectionery in the container through pressurizing the container from outside, wherein the extraction port 14 and the vicinity thereof are folded in, folded-in parts 12 in the folded-in condition are bonded together at their inner surface sides (a bonded area E1), the bonding strength thereof is set so that the bonding condition is kept in normal state but separated via thrusting force given from the frozen confectionery in the bag when extracting the frozen confectionery through pressurization.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drill/stir bits of an underground pile formation and a ground improvement method making use thereof capable of facilitating the excavation irrespective of N-value of a soft ground to promote working performance by increasing a mixing function between excavated soil and cement milk to be injected after the excavation and forming an underground pile with high density.
      SOLUTION: The underground pile is so formed that at least two twisted blade type bits 14 are radially arranged to provide a plurality of stages of the bits to a leading conduit section 11' of a tubular rod 11 equipped with an introduction pipe of injection fluid and provided with torque in a successively connectable manner, an envelope described by each outer end of the blade type bits 14 is formed in a tapered shape toward the front end, the drill/stir bits 10 providing injection nozzles 17 and 20 of the fluid connected to the introduction pipe to the front end section and at least one stage of the blade type bits in the direction of a radius are used to drill and stir while injecting pressure fluid and that a stirring operation is executed while injecting a high-pressure air and the cement milk in the case of reverse operation.

CONSTITUTION:This jetting device is provided with a jet nozzle 1 for jetting ultrahigh-speed fluid jet (a), a fusiform outer cylinder 2 positioned surrounding around the nozzle 1, a swirling fluid generating means for generating low-speed swirling fluid (e) swirling along the inner wall 2a of the outer cylinder 2 and about the axis of the outer cylinder 2, a polishing powder supply means 10 for supplying polishing powder (c) into the outer cylinder 2, and a mixed fluid nozzle 4 for leading the mixed fluid of the swirling fluid (e) in the outer cylinder 2 and the polishing powder (c) to the front of the jet nozzle 1. The inner bore diameter D2 of the nozzle 4 is made larger than the inner bore diameter D1, and therefore, an ultrahigh-speed fluid jet comes about in the center section of the mixed fluid in the front of the nozzle 4.
