    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic wave emitter assembly for performing a cardiac ablation in a mammal subject. SOLUTION: The cardiac ablation device includes: a tubular piezoelectric element 1326 which has a proximal end and a distal end; the ultrasonic wave emitter assembly 1322 equipped with an internal tube 1370 wherein an internal tube extending in the tubular piezoelectric element and the piezoelectric element cooperatively define an annular passage 1376 between the proximal end and the distal end of the piezoelectric element, and the tube defines a tube hole 1374; a balloon 1306 which has an internal cavity, and wherein the annular passage is communicated with the inside of the balloon adjacent to the distal end of the emitter assembly; a catheter 1302 which has a major lumen 1310, a first lumen 1316 and a second lumen 1318; and a lumen wherein the major lumen is communicated with the hole of the tube, the first lumen is communicated with the proximal end of the annular passage, and the second lumen is communicated with the inside of the balloon adjacent to the proximal end of the emitter assembly.
