    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diameter enlarging apparatus for a cable conduit capable of cutting/forming a hole part at a normal position with the axis of the cable conduit as the center.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline inspection device with excellent safety and durability, which has a wide visual field, good resolution and a long insertable length, by involving a light guide for sending the light which irradiates the front end direction of an insertion body, and a CCD camera for photographing the front end side. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a flexible insertion body 1 which is inserted in a pipeline to inspect the inside of the pipeline, and a rewinding and supply device 3 which conducts rewinding and supply. A front end part A is attached at the insertion body 1 through a joint part so as to be detachable, and a CCD camera for photographing the front end side is included in the front end part A. This device is capable of being formed so as to have a rewinding wheel 4 whose diameter is approx. 1500 mm to 2500 mm, and so that the insertion body 1 consisting of high rigidity pipe may have the outer diameter of approx. 15 mm to 20 mm. A coaxial cable, a light guide, a power cord, and a pipe for forcibly-feeding fluid are stored in the pipe. It is thus possible to provide wide visual field, good resolution, and increase an insertable range significantly for a pipeline inspection device with excellent safety and durability.
