    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid balancer for preventing sloshing with a simple configuration, and also to provide a washing machine. SOLUTION: The liquid balancer 30 to be mounted on the washing machine 1 includes a ring shape container 31 and a buffer member 32. The ring shape container 31 includes inner wall surfaces formed around a rotary axis R including the inner wall surface 311a of an outer wall portion 311, and the inner wall surface 312a of an inner wall portion 312. The ring shape container 31 stores a liquid and is arranged to be rotated with the rotary axis R as a center. The buffer member 32 is fixed onto the inner wall surface 311a of the outer side wall portion 311 in the container 31, and includes: a storage member 321 formed with an elastic body; and a fluid stored in the storage member 321. The buffer member 32 is configured to be deformed by the liquid in the container 31, which is centrifugalized when the container 31 is rotated with the rotary axis R as a center.
