A ridgeline 20 having a second flank angle (β) of an obtuse angle larger than a first flank angle (α) is formed on the thread ridgeline side. Since the steep following flank surface 14 and a first leading flank surface 13 are respectively connected to the ridgeline 20, large axial force is generated at the completion of screwing, thereby realizing firm fastening.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross recessed head screw which accurately obtains a preliminarily set screwing torque without slipping of dry babbitt out of a driving hole. SOLUTION: A driving hole 10 is constituted of an engaging groove 11 in which an engaging blade 21 is fitted, and an engaging face 14 on which the base of a dry babbitt 20 is fitted. The engaging groove 11 is radially formed from the center of the head 2. The width of the outer peripheral end side of the engaging groove 11 is formed so that the width of the outer peripheral end side is narrow at the fastening direction side and wide at the releasing direction side, and the structure is constituted so that the outer peripheral side of the engaging blade 21 comes into contact with the engaging face 13 of the fastening direction side or has a little clearance when the dry babbitt 20 is fitted. Owing to this cross recessed head screw having such a structure, a come out phenomenon is hardly brought at the completion of fastening work even if the screw is fastened, using dry babbitt ordinarily used. SOLUTION: The injection amount of the flocculant most suitable to the turbidity of a prescribed range of each sample of the turbid water is obtained and stored as data preliminarily. The mass of an outflow pipe 4b of a mass flow meter 4 full of the turbid water is calculated from the vibration of the pipe 4b generated when the turbid water is made to pass through the pipe 4b, the mass and density of the turbid water are obtained from the calculated mass of the pipe 4b and the turbidity of the turbid water is then obtained from the calculated density. The injection amounts of the flocculant corresponding to the calculated turbidity are called from the preliminarily stored data and the most suitable injection amount is calculated by interpolation or extrapolation. As a result, the flocculant of the amount most suitable to the turbidity of the turbid water can be injected, only clear water containing no solid foreign matter can be discharged to rivers and the excess flocculant is neither mixed with clear water nor discharged uselessly.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw to prevent unlocking making impossible to engage into an engaging groove by a commercial-type screwdriver bit, thereby making impossible to easily remove a part. SOLUTION: This screw, having a head and a shank, forms the engaging groove 12 in the radial direction and a connecting wall 16. The connecting wall 16, to which a guide wall 23 formed between the driving claw of the screwdriver bit contacts, is formed between the driving wall 14 and the rear wall 15 that are adjacent to each other in the engaging groove 12. A driving part 10 has the engaging groove 12 and a guide groove 11. Accordingly, since this screw to prevent from unlocking forms a blocking member 13 in the guide groove, the commercial-type screwdriver bit can not easily unlock it. Furthermore, since the screw mounting the part can not be unlocked and removed easily, the part is difficult to breakdown so that it can not be repaired and disassembled freely. The screw reduces unexpected accident and danger.
