    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey a high temperature liquid mixture while certainly preventing reduction of the temperature by a bucket, to perform feeding of power to an electric heater for heating the bucket, to easily perform treatment of a cable and further to easily discharge the liquid mixture from the bucket to a receiving device.
      SOLUTION: In the skip conveyor 1, the electric heater is mounted to an outer peripheral part of the bucket 7 lifting between a material receiving part A and a material discharge part B along a guide rail 4 by winding and unwinding of a wire rope 6 by a winch 5 and an automatic winding type cable reel 9 provided with a drum 34 on which the cable 8 having one end connected to a power source part is wound and in which the cable 8 is always urged to the winding side is installed at the material receiving part A side. The other end of the cable 8 wound on the drum 34 of the automatic winding type cable reel 9 is connected to a connector (power source connection part) 8b of the electric heater at a bottom part of the bucket 7.

      SOLUTION: A silo 1 for conserving the liquid mixture is equipped with a receiving hopper 4 which is supported by a trestle 2, has a material feeding opening 4a opened and closed by an opening/closing lid device 3 on its upper part and a material outlet 4b opened and closed by an opening/closing gate 5 on its lower end, and can be hermetically closed, and a metering hopper 6 which is provided below the receiving hopper 4, has a material receiving opening 6a connected with the material outlet 4b of the receiving hopper 4 on its upper end, and a material discharging opening 6b opened and closed by an opening/closing gate 7 on its lower end, and can be hermetically closed. The metering hopper 6 is provided by supporting a plurality of supporting legs 6f provided on its circumference on the trestle 2 through a load cell 8, and the material receiving opening 6a is hermetically and relatively movably connected to the material outlet 4b of the receiving hopper 4 through a bellows. An electric heater (heating means) is provided on the outer peripheries of the receiving hopper 4 and the metering hopper 6.
