    • PURPOSE:To control ignition and the combustion condition of a combustible material charged in a furnace and to normally obtain the constant quantity of heat, by controlling the energizing order of air feed pipes. CONSTITUTION:A space 19 is provided between an enclosed casing 14, a furnace 16 and a cyclone device 18, and is filled with water through an introducing port 20. Thereafter, a combustible material is charged in a first combustion chamber 40 through a combustion material charge inlet 46. The air, introduced to the ignited combustible material positioned at the upper part with the aid of a blower 72, is discharged in a furnace 16 from a blast plate 56 through an air pipe 30. From the viewpoint of the nature of the laminated combustible material, penetration of the air is not expectable too much, whereby an electromagnetic valve 118 is opened following energization of a blower 106, the fed air flows to an air feed unit 92, is branched by passages 98, 100 and 102, and is injected in a furnace 16 through a nozzle part 104. Finally, with the aid of the air from the air feed unit 92, a combustible material is burnt without being influenced by any obstacle factor.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a combustion device having a longer durable life by a method wherein cooling fluid is supplied to a part which is apt to be heated in the combustion device and the heated part is cooled. CONSTITUTION:Water is fed from a water feeding port 22 into a space 20 and a sufficient volume of water is stored in the space 20 and a fluid passage 40. Then, the water in the space 20 contacting with the wall parts 42 and 44 at their outside portions which are highly heated by the burning combustibles in the first combustion chamber 30 and the second combustion chamber 32 as well as the combustible gas is gradually heated and made hot. In turn, the water which is heated in this way is circulated in the space 20 through the fluid passage 40 and at this time the water has an effect to cool the plate 38 which is being heated. As a result, an effective protection of the furnace wall and the furnace bed which are directly exposed to hot combustion enables a combustion device having a long durable life to be provided.

    • PURPOSE:To dry water-contg. industrial waste in a short time by depositing a material to be treated on a large number of acicular bodies planted on a revolving body, scattering the material to be treated with the rotation of the revolving body, and supplying hot air to the scattered material to be treated. CONSTITUTION:When the sludge deposited on wires 40 reaches the upside of a nozzle 44, the sludge is thrown out and dispersed in the tangential direction of a revolving body 34 by centrifugal force, and further dispersed by the high-pressure air spouted from nozzles 44 and 46. The molecular or granular sludge entrained by the high-pressure air stream is introduced into a drying tower 66, dried by hot air introduced through a connecting port, and discharged into a cyclone apparatus through the first duct. The dried sludge is entrained by a revolving stream, descending slowly by the weight, and collected at the bottom of the cyclone spparatus. Meanwhile the branched air is sucked by a blower, passing through the second duct, and introduced into a deodorizing tower.

    • PURPOSE:To provide polluted water treatment apparatus which can separate polluted water into solid matters and a liquid and treat harmful substances and malodorous substances. CONSTITUTION:Polluted water supplied through a polluted water supplying pipe 30 is sprayed through a polluted water spraying nozzle 14 to a dehydration tank 12 which is rotating at a high speed. The sprayed polluted water is sprinkled to a first filter 40 of the dehydration tank 12 and the liquid goes in a space part 44 and there after the liquid is brought into contact with activated carbon 62, etc., to be decolored and deodorized, it is scattered outside through a second filter 42 and taken out through a drain taking outlet 56. Meanwhile, the solid matters adhering to the first filter 40 and from which water is removed drop the first filter 40 by lowering the rotation speed of the dehydration tank 12 and they are accumulated on the bottom part of a box 18. The solid matters are taken out through a solid matter taking outlet 22. Consequently, the polluted water treatment apparatus 10 can separate the solid matters from the liquid simultaneously with deodorization treatment, etc., for the liquid.
