    • PURPOSE:To increase combustion efficiency, by keeping high pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure in a furnace when combustion takes place, by completely sealing the feed section and the ask ejecting openings of a furnace, and by supplying air into the furnace with a large forced draft fan. CONSTITUTION:The title incineration equipment is constituted in such a manner that a forced draft fan of large capacity 5 is connected to a furnace 1, a secondary combustion chamber 6 and a tertiary combustion chamber 61 are provided on the downstream side of a furnace 1, cyclone dust collectors 7 are connected on the further downstream side of them, being interposed by a flue 62 and a venturi scrubber 63, and a stack is connected to them. A double top cover consisting of an inner lid 21 and an outer lid 22 is provided to the feed section 2 of a furnace 1, and high pressure is kept in the furnace by opening a compressed-air feed pipe 24 to a feed space 23 between both lids 21 and 22. The doors of an ash bin 3 are also made nearly in the same structure. Combustion gas is prevented from leaking out so that combustion can take place by keeping high pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure in the furnace by feeding air into the furnace 1 with the forced draft fan 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weak-point pin breakage detection device surely detecting breakage of a weak-point pin by a simple device construction.
      SOLUTION: The weak-point pin breakage detection device is provided with a sensor part 11 installed on a plurality of weak-point pins 10 built in a guide vane mechanism 1 and including a bypass line 113 broken by breakage of the weak-point pin 10 and a light emitting diode 114 disposed in parallel with the bypass line 113, an annular constant current circuit 12 to which a plurality of sensor parts 11 are connected in series, a constant current power source device 13 supplying the constant current circuit 12 with constant current, a voltage detection part 14 detecting voltage values at both ends of the constant current circuit 12, and a breakage detection part 15 detecting breakage of the weak-point pin 10 from electric potential difference of voltage values detected by the voltage detection part 14.

SOLUTION: When clamping molds by making an upper mold 2 approach a lower mold 1 from a mold opening state P in which the upper mold 2 provided with a pressing mold 3 and a support mold 4 and the lower mold 1 having a workpiece 9 made of fiber reinforced resin or else softened by heating so as to have fluidity, being mounted thereon are opened, at first the support mold 4 is directly brought into close contact with the lower mold 1 by closing surfaces 10, 11 between the upper mold and lower mold on the outer periphery of the article 9 on the lower mold 1, a working mold 3 is caused to slide along guide surfaces 7, 8 for the support mold 4 toward the lower mold 1, the workpiece 9 in a molding chamber 12 formed to be closed between the upper mold 2 and the lower mold 1 is pressed by the pressing mold 3 and, thereby, the workpiece 9 is charged to a fluid chamber 13 remaining between the workpiece 9 and the closing surfaces 10, 11 to manufacture the molded article 20 of stamping molding in the molding chamber 12, wherein an edge 14 exposed to the fluid chamber 13 on the closing surface 11 of the support mold 4 and an edge 17 exposed to the fluid chamber 13 on the closing surface 10 of the lower mold 1 are directly brought into close contact with a form surface of the molded article 20 itself of stamping molding.
