CONSTITUTION:When down cut grinding is performed by the feed of a creep feed means 16, discharge oil from a hydraulic pump 25 is branched to the third oil passage 31 side and the second hydraulic cylinder 18 side from a branch point on the second oil passage 23. Hydraulic fluid having pressure controlled with a relief pressure control valve 33 on the third oil passage 33 flows in the cylinder chamber of the second hydraulic cylinder 18. Thereby, a piston rod 18a is pushed out, and a movable table 3 is moved to the same direction as the moving direction of the piston rod 18a by the force according to the pressure of the hydraulic fluid. Thereby, backlash between a pinion 15 and a rack 12 in the creep feed means 16 is removed and pulling-in phenomena of a work w is prevented, and grinding accuracy of the work w is increased.

    • PURPOSE:To enable returning conveyance or the like of materials to be conveyed on the way of conveyance, by providing a roller conveyer unit at a suitable position along a roller conveyer, which roller conveyer unit is moved in the direction orthogonal to the conveying direction of the conveyer line and is coupled to another conveyer line. CONSTITUTION:A conveyer system is composed of first to fourth conveyer lines 1 through 4 which are laid in parallel with each other and having conveying direction reverse to each other. Each conveyer line 1 through 4 is composed of a moving conveyer unit 6 which is movable along a guide rail 16 extending in the direction orthogonal to the conveying direction of the conveying line, and a stationary conveyer unit 7 in combination. Further, when a component part W is to be returned on the way of conveyance by, for example, a second line 2, the moving conveyer 6 is manually moved when the component part W comes to the leading end of the second line 2, to connect the second line 2 with the base end of a first line 1. Thereby, it is possible to return the component part W onto the base end of the first line 1.

    • PURPOSE:To detect and display the vibration of the whole working machine and the vibration of only a rotary body selectively by providing the titled device with a detecting mode selecting device. CONSTITUTION:Whether a rotary body vibration detecting mode is selected or not is discriminated by depressing a detecting mode selecting switch 36. When a whole vibration detecting mode is selected and set up as the discriminated result, the action of an LPF in a filtering circuit 29 is invalidated. Then, plural vibration value data due to the whole vibration are detected on the basis of a detecting signal from an acceleration pickup 7 and the maximum vibration value data out of plural ones is calculated. The data value is displayed on a display device 16 as the vibration value. When a rotary body vibration detecting mode is set up, the frequency selecting function of a BPF is validated. When the original point position of a grindstone is detected by an original point sensor 7, the vibration value data are detected by an A/D converter as much as possible and stored in a RAM26. The primary and secondary average vibration values are obtained from the stored contents and then stored in the RAM26.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate works such as inspection and cleaning of a top force attached to an upper blaster plate, by providing a cam part near a lower blaster plate to invert the hanging-down upper blaster plate. CONSTITUTION:This press machine consists of a lower blaster plate 23 where a bottom force 24 is set on the upper face, a ram 33 which ascends and descends above the blaster plate 23, and an upper blaster plate 37 which is provided with a top force 38 and is so provided on the lower face of the ram 33 that the blaster plate 37 can be turned up to the hanging-down position by its own weight. A cam part 46a is provided near the blaster plate 23; and when the blaster plate 37 falls, inverted rollers 45 in both sides of the blaster plate 37 are engaged with this cam part 46a, and the blaster plate 37 is inverted, and the mold 38 faces upward. Thus, works such as inspection and cleaning of the top force 38 are facilitated.
