      SOLUTION: The bottom of a pot body 1 of this Tempura pot is divided into three steps, a deep bottom part 3 in the pot front part 2, a shallow bottom part 5 in the pot rear part 4 and an extremely shallow bottom part 6; and a partition 7 is provided in the boundary between the pot front part 2 and the pot rear part 4 into such a manner that its upper part projects from the oil surface.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tempura pot, enabling an inexperienced person to simply make a delicious crunches flower-shaped tempura.
      SOLUTION: In this tempura pot, the bottom of the pot body 1 is divided into three stages: a deep bottom part 3 of a pot front part 2; a shallow part 5 in the pot rear part 4; and a very shallow part 6. A partition 7, the upper part of which is projecting over the oil level, is provided on a boundary line between the pot front part 2 and the pot rear part 4, whereby separately made fried flour balls are sprinkled on tempura ingredients on the very shallow part to make a flower-shaped tempura, and then the amount of gluten is not increased so much in the tempura flour coating, which is the point of making tempura.
