    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and inexpensive device for pressing in/pulling out a steel pipe and the like, which can press in and pull out a steel pipe and the like with proper workability.SOLUTION: A device for pressing in/pulling out a steel pipe and the like comprises: a base 10 that has a first penetration portion undergoing penetration by a steel pipe and the like; three or more lifting and lowering mechanisms 14 that each have a lifting and lowering member 18 erected on an outer peripheral portion of the first penetration portion; a lifting and lowering frame 37 that is connected to the lifting and lowering member 18 and that has a second penetration portion 38 undergoing penetration by the steel pipe and the like; a rotary frame 41 that has a third penetration portion 42 undergoing penetration by the steel pipe and the like and that is disposed in the lifting and lowering frame 37 in such a manner as to be rotatable on the axis line of the third penetration portion 42; a tightening and holding mechanism 44 that is disposed in the upper portion of the rotary frame 41 and that holds an outer peripheral part of the steel pipe and the like by tightening it; and drive cylinders 53A and 53B that are disposed in a horizontally rotatable manner on the lifting and lowering frame 37 and in which leading ends of drive rods 54A and 54B driven to advance/recede are connected to the rotary frame 41.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable power generating device having no adverse effects of initial investment, maintenance management costs and air pollution, and being not affected by weather.SOLUTION: A power generating device includes an evaporator, a differential pressure rotary machine, a condenser, a liquid receiver, and a power generator. When an appropriate amount of a coolant gas is sealed in the device and hot water having a temperature of about 50°C is fed into the evaporator, a gas having high pressure is obtained. At the same time, when cool water having a temperature of about 20°C is fed into the evaporator, a liquid having low pressure is obtained. The pressure difference is applied to vertically move a piston to rotate a crankshaft which is coupled with the power generator.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve solid-liq. separation ability with a simple, lightweighted and also inexpensive structure by providing rotary drum for separating fine solid particles which are low in specific gravity and incorporated contained in a solid-liq. mixture from the liq., plural disks for facilitating the solid-liq. separation and a sludge discharge device solving the clogging of the disks due to sand and mud. SOLUTION: A solid-liq. stream sucked with a pump is made to flow into the rotary drum 3 being driven with a motor 2 from a solid-liq. inlet pipe 1 and turned in a radial direction by allowing the stream to collide with the uppermost step disk 4. Since splits are disposed radially at each disk 4, as a solid component gradually accumulates from the peripheral part, the flow passage area is reduced and the flow rate is increased. Then solid particles are collected in the vicinity of an inner wall of the rotary drum 3 and made to flow down and recovered in a solid particle recovering tank 12. On the other hand, the running water from which the solid particles are removed is allowed to flow out from a clear water outlet pipe 5. At this time, washing liquid is fed into the rotary drum 3 from a pump for the sludge discharge device to wash away the sand and mud clogged at the disk 4 to prevent the clogging.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb and relax impact force by fitting a hollow shaft in the center part of a hard short post, projecting a part thereof from both the end faces of the short post, mounting a rubber resilient body on the hollow shaft, and continuously providing a plurality of the short posts on a PC steel rod to be tightened. SOLUTION: The short post 1 of an arbitrary cross section is molded by hard raw material such as concrete. A hollow shaft 2 made of steel and rounded on both ends is fit in the center part of the short post 1, and a part thereof is fixed to be projected on both the end faces of the short post 1. The annular rubber resilient body 3 of the same cross section as the short post 1 is mounted on the hollow shaft 2 projected from the short post 1. A plurality of the short posts 1 are continuously provided on a PC steel rod 4 to be tightened and integrated so as to form a long post. Furthermore, the entire length or a part of the long post is covered by a transparent rubber resilient body 5 to form the post. Thereby since impact force is absorbed and relaxed even if a vehicle and the like collide with the post, which is bent, safety of an occupant can be secured and damage of the vehicle and the like can be reduced.

Successively, the solid-liq. stream is accelerated at a gap between the rotary taper drum 3 and the disk 4 and made to flow into a next step doughnut plate 5 of the meandering motion accelerating device 6. Then the stream is allowed to collide with a next step disk 4. The solid particles are separated while the solid-liq. stream is allowed to meander repeatedly and are collected in the vicinity of an inner wall of the rotary tapered drum 3 and made to flow down to be recovered in a solid particle recovering tank 8. On the other hand, the water from which the solid particles are removed is allowed to flow out from a clear water outlet pipe.
