摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for an unnecessary nut having a general characteristics in respect to a device for supplying a plurality of nuts. SOLUTION: This inspection device 1 is comprised of a main body 2, a flange 3 and a threaded rod which is threadably fitted to a nut 42. A nut 42 in nut supplying devices 30A, 30B fixed to an upper die of a press machine is pressurized by a punch 34, passes through a nut passage 45 and then the nut is fixed to a workpiece. Even if lengths L1 and L2 of the devices 30A, 30B are different from each other, the flange 3 can be moved in respect to the main body 2 and can be fixed to a position corresponding to L1 and L2 or the like with a small screw 8 and then a presence or a non-presence of the unnecessary nut stayed in the midway part of the nut passage 45 is inspected by the inspection device 1 which causes the flange 3 to be moved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To weld parts of same quality or different quality to the plate of aluminum, etc., having an oxidized coating film to which it is almost impossible to weld parts by conventional industrial methods. CONSTITUTION:Plural projections 4a whose tip end parts are projecting are provided on the bottom of parts 4, the projections are brought to contact with the plate surface and held between a horn tip 2 and an anvil 3 of an ultrasonic welding equipment and welded applied with selected pressurizing force, electric force and vibrating time by which the projections 4a are allowed to almost completely collapse. At this time, to prevent sticking of the parts 4 and plate 5 to the pressurizing surfaces of the horn tip 2 and anvil 3, the pressurizing surfaces are given non-skid projecting and recessed patterns and both of them are welded in a held state by applying oil whose thickness does not prevent growing of the projecting surface to the parts 4 and plate 5 or mounting a film on the parts 4 and plate 5.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain weld zones having sufficient strength and reliability free from defects by providing recessed parts of content volume capable of storing more than a half of volume of projections between inside base parts of the projections provided on the nut lower and a nut tapped hole and performing welding under specified welding conditions. CONSTITUTION:A JIS-A6000 base aluminum nut is placed on an A5000-base aluminum plate to perform welding by the projection welding method. In the welding conditions at that time, a welding current, the welding time and the pressurizing force are made to 250-350%, 30-80% and 100-180%, respectively, as compared with a case where a mild steel nut and a mild steel plate of the same size are subjected to projection welding by the same type welding machine. Since the recessed parts 4 of the nut 1 lower surface receive the weld zones 6 of the adjacent projections 3 without resistance, fragments of oxide films of the projection 3 surfaces are also carried away together and do not remain on the weld zones 6 and the weld zone 6 having the sufficient strength and reliability free from defects are obtained. As a result, welding of the aluminum nut to the aluminum plate surface is facilitated as in the case of the mild steel plate.

The outer diameter of the expanded diameter part 2a is specified to be the minimum diameter or above previously and experimentally obtained with the same welding condition so that the bending deformation of the fork rod 2 after welding is not corrected with pressing and machining or the like and fits within the allowable range.
