    • PURPOSE:To accomplish a power shift with quick response by furnishing a lever, which has a shift cable mounting part and which couples the end of a valve to the end of a piston rod. CONSTITUTION:The rod side of a power cylinder 42 leads to an exhaust hole 47 and to the atmosphere via a rod side port 45 and a chamber fitted with a spring 32 situated in the center of a gap valve 22 between an O-ring 28 and a valve seat 26. A snap ring 10 fixes a piston 6 to piston rod 11. A lever 17 couples the outer end of the valve 22 to the end of the piston rod 11 through metal piece, etc., and a shift cable is mounted at a shift cable mounting part, and thereby the force and motion are transmitted. A holder 13 couples the end of the piston rod 11 to the lever 17. The piston 6 moves toward the rod being pushed by compressed air, and the rod 11 pushes right the lever 17 through the holder 13, and the shifting force is assisted by pulling right the shift cable. That is, the shifting force applied externally may be small.

    • PURPOSE:To change the grasping position of a shift lever in the front and back direction to use it by inclining a board mounting a main part of a shift lever device from a base board. CONSTITUTION:A shift cable 10 is fixed on the board 2 in the vicinity of the rotation supporting center 9 of the board 2. Since a cable 10 is flexible, the board 2 can be easily rotated around the center 9 by applying force F to an operation lever 5 of a board support 3 against the spring force of a spring 7 and disengaging a tooth groove 4 from the leading end part of board 2, the board 2 can be easily rotated around the center 9 and the grasp part of the shift lever 8 mounted on the board 2 can be moved to a required position. When an operation lever 5 is returned to the original position while holding the board 2 on the required position, the leading end of the board 2 is engaged with the groove 4 on a new position and the board 2 is fixed. Thus, the grasp part of the shift lever 8 can be changed front and back without almost exerting influence upon the shift cable 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear shift operation mechanism capable of reducing contact sound generated when a rod is driven.
      SOLUTION: In this gear shift operation mechanism, an actuator for operating a shift shaft 21 includes a cylinder 55, a shift piston 56 slidably moving in the cylinder 55, and a rod 51 connected to the piston 56. A damper mechanism for adjusting a thrust is installed on the axis of the rod 51. The damper mechanism includes a damper piston 69 slidably moving in the cylinder 68 and on the rod 51. When operation air is supplied into the rod side chamber RB2 of the cylinder 55, the operation air flows into the rear side chamber RB1 of the damper piston 69 to generate an impact relieving force according to the pressure receiving area of the damper piston 69 for reducing the thrust of the rod 51.

The valley parts 23c are fitted to the floor panel 10b through an elastic body 22. A pair of flanges 23d and 23d formed on both sides of the width direction of the fitting part 23 and an intermediate rib 23e formed of one or two or above projected lines, which extend in forward/backward directions and is formed in the middle of the width direction of the fitting part 23 are further provided.
