    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a metallic bar owing to a spring effect from breaking and also prevent an embedded hole from being clogged with dust by using a quenched bar for a pole with a spring and slidably fitting a seat plate fixed to one end of the bar to a receive washer. SOLUTION: A press-in bar 3 is provided at the upper part of a bar 1 of a pole with a spring, and a hook 5 is provided at the middle thereof, and a seat plate 4 is provided at the lower part thereof. The square seat plate 4 is set in such a size that it can slidably move in a groove of a rectangular receive washer. The bar 1 is fixed to the central part of the seat plate 4. The receive washer is formed so that the seat plate 4 of the pole with a spring moves in a groove by providing the groove in the metallic plate. The receive washer is fixed to the ground by using an anchor hole. A quenched bar is used for the bar 1 and a quenched metal is also used for the seat plate 4 to impart a spring action to the bar 1 and the seat plate 4 and prevent the bar from breaking at the root. Further, the receive washer is formed to have a plane groove structure in order to eliminate an influence of intrusion of dust.

    • PURPOSE: To efficiently and safely crush a targeted calculus with a small power by employing such constitution that a generating mechanism for positive and negative pressure is provided and the calculus can efficiently and selectively be crushed by a tensile force. CONSTITUTION: The calculus 3 at a focal position can be crushed with the impulse wave generated in the neighborhood of a focal point by the nonlinearity of a medium by directly converging an ultrasonic wave surface-generated by a piezo element array 4 connected to a high-voltage pulse generator 2 on the calculus 3 in a body via the water 5 of a model applicator 6. At this time, a positive pulsative voltage 11 is added on the piezo element so as to radiate a compressional wave of positive pressure, thence, a negative pulsative voltage 12 is added on the piezo element so as to radiate the ultrasonic wave of negative phase and negative pressure after the lapse of d/v time 9 in which the diameter (d)7 is divided by internal speed (v). In this way, the tensile force by a force in an opposite direction and to the outside is generated, which enables the calculus to efficiently be crushed.

    • PURPOSE: To provide an instrument capable of measuring the elastic characteristic of the local part of the artery and the heart wall by improving spatial resolution by using a frequency component up to a high frequency component. CONSTITUTION: Delay time T8 from the R-wave position 9 of an electrocardiogram 6 is supplied to an input waveform generator 7 to an excitor in advance, and a pulse waveform 11 of short width including the frequency component up to the high frequency component is generated at a timing 10 delayed by T from the R-wave of the electrocardiogram, and it is added on the excitor 12, and pulsative vibration 14 is applied to the bone 2 of a human body. In this way, vibration with high frequency component is propagated to the arterial wall and the heart wall, and micro vibration waves are measured at two points in a micro area desired to measure on the wall simultaneously by using an ultrasonic wave, and the propagation speed of micro vibration on which the tissue property of the micro area is affected and the elastic characteristic of the local part are measured with high accuracy in non-invasion fashion and substantially.

    • PURPOSE:To realize the detection of a property with high precision by providing a vibration exciter for exciting a prescribed point of a body to be measured, in the orthogonal direction being orthogonal to the extending direction of the body to be measured, to measure a properties of a bone in a living body without breaking down the living body, and detecting vibration of each point at the time of excitation. CONSTITUTION:The measuring unit is provided with a vibration exciter for exciting a prescribed point of a body to be measured, extended in the prescribed direction, in the orthogonal direction being orthogonal to the extended direction of the body to be measured, and a speed of vibration in the orthogonal direction at each point in the prescribed direction, of the body to be measured at the time of excitation is detected by a sensor. Subsequently, based on a speed distribution of the vibration detected by the sensor, a speed of a bending wave propagated through the body to be measured is derived, and by evaluating easiness of break of a done from its value, it is useful for deciding osteoporosis, etc. A speed (c) of the bending wave is derived from an expression of (c)=4.f.¦Xmax-Xmin¦, when a frequency of the vibration in the orthogonal direction of the body to be measured, and coordinates of two points being adjacent to each other, in which the speed of the vibration of this frequency (f) becomes maximum and minimum are denoted as (f), and Xmax and Xmin, respectively.

    • PURPOSE: To provide an optical CT image system with simple constitution by using a two-dimensional image sensor moved turnably in the periphery of an examinee. CONSTITUTION: A turning body 1 turning around a turning center O of the center part of the examinee 9 is driven turnably by a stepping motor 1a controlled by a motor control means 1b. A laser beam source 2 which photoirradiates a living body with a near infrared ray with high transmittancy photoirradiates the examinee 9 advancing the turning center O via an optical fiber 2a. A CCD camera 3 as the two-dimensional image sensor mounted on the back side of the turning body 1 advancing the turning center O receives light propagated almost parallel with the radius direction out of the light radiated from the examinee 9 being diffused on the examinee 9 set parallel with the turning face of the turning body 1 by separating from the turning center O sufficiently far than the examinee 9. An image data generating means 4 fetches the light reception signal of the CCD camera 3 at every prescribed angle interval as an image signal, and generates the three-dimensional tomographic image data of the cross section of the examinee 9.

    • PURPOSE:To measure time-series signals of vibration speeds in various parts of a heart, which serve effectively diagnosis of cardio-disorder, by sampling the vibration speed of the object to be inspected with uneven intervals of the time at which reflected wave returns for each transmission pulse, and resampling the time-series data of this vibration speed at regular intervals. CONSTITUTION:When A/D conversion is made with sampling frequency several times as great as the sine frequency of transmission pulse wave, a memory capacity of 10M pieces (=10 ) is needed in order to continuously obtain data corresponding to one heart beat, and this is rather difficult. According to the present invention, the output signals of an orthogonal intersect detector circuit including low frequency components is A/D converted with a sampling frequency fs several hundred times as large as the repeating frequency of the transmission pulses, and digital signals xr(n), xi(n) are obtained. To make A/D conversion for one sec continuously in case fs=1 MHz, it is enough with provision of a memory capacity of 1M pieces approximately, which is practicable. Thereby vibration signals of various parts of heart in pulsation with large amplitudecan be measured with high accuracy.
