    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment method that is inexpensive and simple by that energy saving is more than that of a conventional one, and labor hour for maintenance is reduced in the wastewater treatment method in which sea water including sulfates in abundance is used as water for treatment to be introduced into a treatment tank when organic materials included in the wastewater are decomposed by sulfate reduction bacteria.SOLUTION: There is provided a wastewater treatment method by sulfate reduction bacteria that is performed by that wastewater including organic materials that are processing objects and sea water including sulfates are introduced into a treatment septic tank 1 under the presence of the sulfate reduction bacteria. Here, the sea water is introduced in the treatment septic tank 1 utilizing the ebb and flow of the tide.
