    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasing agent for a vulcanized rubber which can be used for a mandrel for molding a hose to be used for manufacturing a rubber hose, is excellent in inserting properties, pulling-out properties (mold releasing properties) and cleaning properties, and can be used with a low concentration in comparison with the conventional releasing agents.
      SOLUTION: The releasing agent for the vulcanized rubber comprises a compound prepared by block or random addition-polymerization of 20-150 mole ethylene oxide and 0-50 mole propylene oxide and/or butylene oxide onto a 8-18C fatty acid ester of glycerine.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively subjecting residual hydrogen peroxide to decomposing treatment in a state wherein fibers are dipped into a bleaching bath, in which there is no need of adding a hydrogen peroxide decomposing agent by an equivalence and its amount to be added can be reduced to a small one, the control of pH and the control of temperature are not difficult, water washing is not required before the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide as in the case of using an enzyme represented by catalase, and operation can easily be performed, decomposition time is short, dye-affinity is not checked, and hydrogen peroxide can be decomposed as much as possible. SOLUTION: Fibers are subjected to bleaching treatment in a bleaching bath liquid having 0.17 to 0.7 wt.% hydrogen peroxide concentration, and then a hydrogen peroxide decomposing agent of an aqueous solution containing at least one or more kinds of metallic salts selected from a cobalt salt, an iron salt and a rubidium salt in the range of 0.1 to 10 wt.% to the total content of the hydrogen peroxide decomposing agent is added to the bleaching liquid in which the fibers are dipped. The remaining hydrogen peroxide is subjected to decomposing treatment in the bleaching liquid under the conditions of pH ≥7 and at least ≥30°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
