    • PURPOSE:To reduce fuel consumption through reduction of engine vibration and engine weight by providing a structure where the center of a rotor, a rotating body and the center of a rotor housing, a rotated body coincide. CONSTITUTION:A reciprocating piston C is incorporated in a rotor B which moves along an inner wall of a rotor housing A which is concentric with the rotor, and is connected to a connecting rod D. A crank shaft E, a rotating body with its center at an eccentric position from the center of the rotor housing A is connected to the connecting rod D. One or more piston (s) C can be provided. In the above-mentioned condition, reciprocating motion is generated in the piston C by rotating the rotor B and the connecting rod D within the rotor housing A at a same speed. By utilizing this motion, strokes of intake, compression, explosion and exhaust can be achieved with a unit of 720 degrees by operating an intake valve and an exhaust valve. This allows reduction of fuel consumption through reduction of engine vibration, increased torque, motion resistance and engine weight.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the smooth engine movement and suppress vibration by fitting a cylindrical inner rotor having a piston at a part of the peripheral edge part onto a cylindrical rotor housing and transmitting the reciprocating movement of the piston to a crank through a connecting rod. CONSTITUTION:In a circular rotor housing A fixed onto a chassis, a cylindrical inner rotor B is rotatably fitted, and a crank E is bearing-supported at the eccentricity positions of the both side surfaces. A piston C is fitted in free reciprocation onto a part of the peripheral edge part of the inner rotor B, and the head part is formed into curved surface so as to constitute a part of the outer peripheral surface of the inner rotor B. The piston C is connected with the crank E through a connecting rod D. The piston C is allowed to move in reciprocation by the revolution of the inner rotor B, and a power is obtained by carrying out each cycle of suction, compression, explosion, and exhaust at each revolution angle of 90 deg..
